I am supremely impressed with this business. I called asking about a refrigerator with particular dimensions and the gentleman who answered the phone (I unfortunately did not get his name) had immediate answers to all of my questions. Not 30 minutes later I was in the shop purchasing the fridge. The icing on top was same day delivery for a crazy competitive price and the delivery driver arrived within the delivery window and was professional and efficient. I cant recommend Reliable Appliance more!

Awesome appliance store! I got a used stove and it looks brand new and works perfectly, just in time for holiday cooking. They took away my old one too, and hooked up the new oven in no time. It’s hard to find fast, friendly and professional service these days but Reliable appliance really came thru for us. I highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!

I will never go anywhere else for a washer or dryer, these people delivered it same day and it was a great value. Small issue that the dryer didnt heat up and it ended up being the electrical in my house tripped because of the old dryer. They walked me through fixing it and it works like its brand new. 10/10Dont go anywhere else.

Stopped in the other day to see if my washer was worth repairing or if I should replace it. The owner was very helpful in explaining the problem with my washer and what I need to fix it. Didnt try selling me a new washer or even talk me into having him do the repairs. Bought a twenty five dollar part and took the unbelievable knowledge on how to install it from the owner. Hundreds of dollars saved by going anywhere else and it runs like new. Thanks for being an honest reputable appliance shop!

I recently bought a part for my dryer, took the old part in and the model and Serial number. The guy there order the part when it arrived it was the wrong part. I had found this part for my dryer some place else so I told them I needed to return the part they said NO!!! all sales are final I understand that what I dont understand why they have people working there that dont know how to do there job. If he would have order the correct part It would have been fine!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN

I went in looking for a part and they told me that it was something else causing the problem, they didnt have the part but they located one for me and told me how to fix it. They were very helpful and friendly. This will always be my first stop when needing parts or service!

I was told theyd open at 9am after Id sent an email inquiry, but no one arrived at the office until 9:20am... He said hed done a delivery that morning, but no one else was available to open the store. It was very frustrating, as I was already going to be late to work to run this errand!
