I had a real emergency, on a week-end. I called several companies and all I could find, was voice mails. I needed service now! FoxValley answered and it was a real, live person. This company has been in business since 1967...50 years so one must assume ..they are doing things in a fair manner I did and I was right ! Was told everything up,front and was not disappointed in any way ..I will recommend them as they are top notch !
