The policy of if you walk out the door of with an item that has been incorrectly ordered and then hooking one for more money for their mistake when one provided the correct part numbers is garbage. Especially when the old part is in hand and the refusal to cross reference that number is denied.

Randy did a great job!--He lifted our dryer off the washer to replace the pump like the incredible Hulk. Seeing this in real life was really quite something!--He was efficient, punctual, and charged a reasonable price for the job.--Randy has a polite, kind, safe presence.--I will definitely call him for our next repair.

I am a new and forever customer of Aarons Appliance Service LLc. I say that because I called Randy(owner) this morning about my double wall unit ovens. Last night I turned them on to preheat them for dinner, they came on then shut off out about 5 minutes later. We checked everything the breaker switch,etc. My husband called Randy he gave him a simple instruction to do in the breaker box, that was it. Now, he could have said like three other appliance services I called which couldnt get to us today, Its a $89.00 service call. They had the same information we gave him, It was simple, something we overlooked. Randy said he wouldnt feel right about charging a service call for something so simple.WOW!!!!!! Hes my man. Im SOLD. Why am I not surprised hes also a man of FAITH. A honest service company. I will never call anyone else because of the TRUST I feel with this business and neither should YOU. Excellent service. First of all it was easy to schedule a same-day appointment, and he arrived exactly on time. He quickly assessed the issue and made a repair with a very reasonable price. He did not try to upwell me or try to sell me on some monthly plan like the big chain companies do. Extremely trustworthy and got the job done fast. I would never call anyone else.

Randy did an outstanding job fixing our dishwasher. He fit me in very quickly, same day I called. He showed up on time and was courteous even when dealing with my obnoxious dog. He identified my problem relatively quickly, and honestly told me it was a super easy fix (I imagine others would have tried to sell me a new motor). Randy is a nice guy who deserves your business!

I actually didnt get a chance to work with this company but will definitely call them in the future. I have a broken dishwasher and called at 11pm. A gentleman answered and explained that due to a family emergency he was not able to help me at my desired time but referred me to a company he knows does good work. You can tell he really cares about his customers and I will be giving him a call next time I need appliance repair.

We needed our washer repaired. Randy showed up same day and not only fixed the problem, but showed me how to fix it if it ever happens again! Honest and very pleasant, we will definitely us them again!

I set an appointment with Randy at 12:00 p.m. He called and told me he was running late due to another service running over at 12:45 p.m. He then told me he would be there in 20 minutes. An hour goes by and I called him to see where he was. He told me he was still driving and on his way. Another hour goes by and he still didnt show up. I called him two times before he called me back. When he called me back he said he couldnt find the building for he had the wrong address. He then continued to laugh and said it was a miss communication. He asked if he could reschedule for Monday. I said possibly if he would show up on time because I wasted two hours of my time waiting for him. He then replied he wasted two hours of his time looking for the place. He had my contact information. Not once did he call to inform me he was running late or to confirm the address that he had. Instead I waited for three hours and nothing was fixed. This miss communication could have been avoided if he would have called me to inform me of his tardiness or confirm the address, but instead he drove around for two hours looking for a building that doesnt exist.I dont know recommend his services for he neither professional or courteous of my time.
