Very knowledgeable and good personality. Came in to repair our refrigerator, diagnosed the issue within a few minutes, got the approval for the repair, and then replaced the old part.He also came out in timely manner, some other companies were weeks out which doesnt work for fridge repair.We would definitely use him again.

I know this review is similar to other reviews but its because I couldnt agree with them more. Andy was very nice and he came a day early (he called and said he was in the area and asked if he could stop by). Hes extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy in my opinion. Ive had other repair people out over the years and I couldnt wait for them to leave because attitudes were pretty bad as a whole. With Andys positive personality, I almost made a pot of coffee so we could chat about my appliance he just fixed.

Andy was awesome, every other repair service was 2-3days out. Andy came same day and had the parts for repair. He carefully explains to us his diagnostics. I highly recommend to use Andy!
