I have a fairly new HVAC system, but after taking possession from a renter, AC did not come on. Made appointment & Mike called to let me know he was coming, checked out the system and found the problem very quickly. He tested to ensure proper operation, checked output temp, etc. & gave me some insight into its operation, as well as some homeowner level maintenance and upkeep advice that will help the system to perform well for a long time. 5 Stars all around. I was able to call in, book an appointment and explain my situation to the front desk with ease. The receptionist helped direct and answer my questions with great detail. The receptionist also was sure to inform me on the next steps in the process for the service appointment and who I will speak to when my service appointment was booked. The process was so smooth and easy from the appointment, to the assessment, to the explanation of financial options for purchase, what more can anyone ask for ? I have not had similar experiences with other companies. This team is A1, I had the pleasure of having their Tech Robert assigned to my service call. A True professional, he was able to explain to me what was going on with my current system, outline what my options were for moving forward with a new AC/furnace system, along with pricing and efficiency options for each of the units reviewed. Its wonderful to work with someone who cares about the quality of your purchase and is listening and answering all your questions with patiences and great explanations. Watching the install was a great experience on its own. The work received by Robert was NEAT, TIDY, CLEAN and HIGHLY IMPROVED from previous standards, I was also given a walkthrough of everything that was brought up to code and or new to the system. This guy is so awesome there was even a little mishap of some garden solar lights getting stepped on during the installation of the new unit outside but Robert went out of his way and had replaced them, unbelievable! The customer service alone was unmatched in the field and over the phone and left a lasting experience that set a standard of quality when choosing companies for my other service call needs moving forward. For that alone I would chose Total Comfort over any other local choice, even calling the suggested provider whos listed under my energy companys website was a bad decision. Before total comfort even got to my call, my attempts for trying to get another company to service my broken unit was unsuccessful, resulted in with no availability, no callbacks and mischeduled appointments (numerous times). All resulting in terrible experiences just from trying to book an appointment. I have called several other businesses prior to total comfort. I was without AC in my Condo for about 2.5 months in the brink of summer. Other businesss showed no urgency to help this issue and seemed to want to drag their feet in helping service the call. Its not even worth shopping around to compare, trust me Ive been through it. Even if the availability is pushed back I would wait it out for the AMAZING job these guys will do. You want a job done right, I would call Total Comfort and I am Totally Comfortable with having them come back for any HVAC service needs.

Total Comforting Heating and Cooling is our go to place for anything involving our swamp cooler or thermostat/furnace. It is rare these days to see overwhelmingly great customer service, yet that is exactly what you get with TCHC. Robert has always taken care of us and usually it is with short notice. He was a great guy and very helpful but way too expensive. They had a late cancellation and were able to squeeze me in 2 days earlier that I was originally booked for which was great and after a little tinkering he was able to find the problem but then came the price $400 to replace a switch I had to turn him down as this was way to much and after a quick search on Amazon I found the exact same part for $12 delivered the next day and was one of the simplest installs ever it took 5 minutes. Great people but not for $100/minute.

Mike has taken care of us for a number of years. He has repaired our A/C . furnace and now our water heater. He comes every time we call and does an excellent job at a fair price. He fixes only what needs repaired. Everything he has fixed is still working. I recommend this company for all your HVAC repairs.

Both the furnace and A/C had quit working. Mike diagnosed the problems for both and quickly fixed them. Will most certainly use them again, should their service be needed and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

This company was wonderful! My A/C stopped working, so I did a little research and called them. The technician Robert was on time, personable, fast, and took care of my home and the area that he was working. He did not try to upsell us on anything that we didnt need. It was an easy fix, and he replaced our filter for no more than the basic trip charge. I did let him know that we will be in the market for a new A/C and furnace, and he happily told me to schedule to have him back when we are ready. I definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Very impressed! Jackie was very friendly on the phone, and answered many of my questions about the different services that I was looking for and explained everything. Then Mike came out and was very trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me great recommendations on upkeep and what to do for the next year. Pricing was very reasonable. The owner of this company has done a few projects for me. Hes honest, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He cares about a job done right and takes pride in his work and profession. Let me just say this - when another company totally botched the job with the new furnace installed right before I bought my current home, this is the guy I called to come out and fix it and make sure it was safe. He knows what hes doing.

We have had Mike come out 3 times now and he has been great. Twice for the a/c and once for the furnace. The first time he came out we had a company tell us we needed about 2000 dollars to fix the a/c. Mike made a few minor adjustments and we were only charged the trip fee. They are an honest and very reliable company we will only use them for our heating and cooling needs.

Total Comfort Heating and Cooling is fantastic. My furnace broke unexpectedly, as is always the case with vital parts of a home, and I called Total Comfort Heating and Cooling. The phone operator was kind, found a time for them to come out the same day, and clear about what to expect when the technician arrived. Mike came out and took a look at my furnace. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes. He was also very kind, explained what happened to cause the issue, and how to avoid it in the future. He was clear, and honest, about pricing before performing the work. I will absolutely call them again if the need arises. Thank you!

I cant say thank you enough. Not only were they able to come the very next day (both other companies I called were scheduling 5-6 days out) but the woman on the phone was polite and extreme helpful. Mike came on time and within 5 minutes had the problem diagnosed. Within an hour he had the part replaced, took time to ensure everything was working, and was on his way. Every step of the way I dealt with true professionals. You can be sure well contact them again if anything else needs to be done.

The blower on my furnace stopped working and it was the weekend. I went to my local nextdoor social website for my neighborhood and saw a recommendation for Total Comfort. They called me back promptly and I was very satisfied with my service. I would highly recommend them. I feel they are very honest and wont sell you anything that you dont need. I will be calling them again if I have any issues in the future.

My husband and I had just placed a bid on an older home and needed our heater checked out before purchasing the house. Total Comfort came out and ended up cleaning the furnace and made sure it ran properly. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and I found their pricing to be very competitive.I was so happy with this company that I used them again a year later. With this company you get great customer services and are treated like an individual and not just another number or call they have to get through. I completely disagree with the other comment on this page that the after hours technician was rude to them. When my husband called one night, the technician was extremely friendly despite the late hour and even attempted to walk my husband through some steps to see if we could solve the problem ourselves. This is a great company!

Woke up and it was 17 outside and my house felt like a cooler. Great morning to find the heater not working. Called Total and they were able to move some things around so they could come out and check the problem, Super service, super personable and reasonable. Needed a new igniter and they had one on board so the house has heat again.This is the second time hime 5 years Ive had furnace problems and both times Total was able to fix the issue. If you need a service company for you heating and cooling, Total is the ONLY one!

Total Comfort installed my furnace several years ago and the inspector said it was one of the cleanest installs he had ever seen. Since then they have been doing routine maintenance on my equipment and we have not had a single issue.
