Marcus and Keith were great. They were on time, professional, and efficient in getting the job done quickly and right. Have now used Befort for two different jobs (installing a new toilet and repairing a broken pipe) and have been extremely happy with every part of the service--from scheduling to the work done in house. Also great that they are a (relatively rare) woman-owned plumbing/heating company, and we like to support that. Will definitely continue to use them moving forward.

After I found out Befort Plumbing and Heating is a third generation family owned company, I wont call anyone else. I spoke with receptionist and found out its a women owned company. The original founder started the company back in 1957 and passed it down to his daughter. I love supporting a company like this! Befort did a free estimate on the situation we had going on. Not only did the nice plumber guy figure out that the lid to the meter pit was just stuck, but he took time out of his day to help us get it unstuck from the pit for free! Nicest guy ever! I would definitely recommend this place!

I haven’t hired this company but never would after a VERY unprofessional experience with one of their drivers this morning. Not only was the bed of his truck a mess with a ladder just thrown in on top of everything (and didn’t appear to be secured down) after I passed him and safely moved in front (after he tried not to let me by continuing to speed up), he had the audacity to flip me off and give several other gestures when a car quickly pulled in front of me trying to pass another car and I had to hit my breaks. I’m sure he was upset that he had to break but hitting the breaks for me is a much better option than a multi car crash which is what would have happened if I didn’t break and with how closely he was on my back bumper. Then when I finally turned and he passed me I was so kindly flipped off again. Way to be a professional! So glad I was intrigued by the company name on the side of his truck so I can warn others to beware of what kind of rude people will come to their home if they hire this company!

I made the mistake of attempting too much plumbing on my own, and couldnt finish a bathroom remodel without help. One call to Marcus @ Befort Plumbing took care of my incompetence, and he made time the next day to sort out my mess and connected all the pipes to a new vanity. Warning !!! I usually dont write and reviews but after 4 months of the office manager putting me off i feel i have too.I called for my water heater and a leak i noticed they showed up 4 hours late that should have been my warning sign however long story short they broke more pipes did not summit my water heater paper work right i am being billed for a water heater when Befort plumbing assured me insurance will take care of it .Tried for months to work this out with a lady named Jessica but I just keep getting run around.I did some research and found out the Company does not have a plumbing license !!!!!!!!!! I contacted the Gentleman who owns license he informed me that Befort plumbing rents his license for a few monthly, what a scam !!!!!! If they cant get a license that should tell us all something.Do your self a favor and call another company.You will thank me :)
