Technician called me on his way and was amazing at pin pointing the problem immediately! He signed us up for the warranty protection and was so helpful!! Rizzo Heating and Cooling was fantastic through the whole experience. They helped me find the right unit for my budget and lifestyle. The turn around time to have it installed was one day, and the technicians were amazing. With two adults working from home and a child going to school, our day was not interrupted. I cannot say enough about Rizzo Heating and Cooling and their great customer service.

We had a service agreement with a different company in the past. So we heard about Rizzo Heating and Cooling and decided to go with them. The tech even had the 4 inch filter for our unit with him. We had a part replaced and was explained in detail what was the problem with it was. Just want to point out that we didnt know that part was bad but it would have worn out the blower which would have cost us much more in the end We are very happy.

I called as soon as they opened. The phone was answered by a very nice lady who answered all of my questions and scheduled my appointment. William arrived to my house, was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. Everything including prices were explained to me upfront. I’m am very happy and would recommend to my family and friends.

Great service call with Rizzo Heating and Cooling. The service rep showed up and did a fine job cleaning and servicing my furnace, then spent extra time troubleshooting a problem I had with the air conditioning unit. These guys from them are reliable, professional and do quality work. I highly recommend them.

I called Rizzo Heating and Cooling at 7am today. Within 20 minutes, Bob was at my house and an hour and fifteen minutes later, my AC was working again! I am thrilled! My husband was sure that the AC was toast, but Bob was able to fix it, and it was super affordable. We also signed up for the bi-annual check up, which was a great deal. I highly recommend Rizzo Heating and Cooling. They are kind, helpful, and trustworthy!

He got our furnace running again.The cost was equally fair and pocket friendly. Great service. Bob and Albert explained everything that needed to be repaired to get a few more years out of my 20-year-old unit! I would highly recommend. The technicians also put covers over their shoes before coming through the front door, what really made me happier about them. No dirt tracks in my home. I would definitely use them again.

Not only did we do our furnace we also replaced hot water heater and and our AC unit due to the of the units. The installation team was first in class and very professional. Bob ad was able to diagnose the problem very quickly, provided a detailed description of the Lennox Furnace that was best for my home. My house is warm now. A few weeks ago, I called Rizzo Heating and Cooling company when my A/C failed and I couldn’t handle the high temperatures in my house. The following morning Bob one their technician came and had my unit running flawlessly in no time. He also took time and explained to me in details on what measures to take to avoid the same occurrences that lead to the AC failures in future. The other companies I have dealt with before has never done that. He was also very professional. Excellent service and I will highly recommend them.
