Fast, friendly and professional service! Our AC went out and we called at 9PM. Joel was here first thing in the morning to diagnose the issue. After diagnosing the system, he added a little freon to help us cool our home a little and, ultimately, he recommended a new unit. After shopping around quite a bit, we decided to go with Joels and Son. They were reasonably priced and we felt most comfortable with the conversations we had with Joel. We called him late in the evening and he had his crew out first thing in the morning. They were thorough and were very clear as to what they were doing. Within a few hours, our old AC unit was removed and a new one was properly installed. The installation team was friendly, answered our questions and were very clean and organized. Joel was quick to come out to give me an estimate and start work. The guys were courteous and professional and worked hard to get the job done quickly. They also moved our water heater and gave a reasonable price for everything.
