We had Two Men and a Truck load a Uhaul for us for an out of state move. They strapped nothing in place, and didnt wrap some of the furniture after we provided all the straps, moving blankets, and wrap material. They rushed the job, which resulted in a severely damaged bed, dresser, and shelving unit. When we let them know, they offered to evaluate and repair our furniture. But after sending photos, they completely ghosted us. I would NEVER recommend this company. They are expensive and do a terrible job.

Great experience from beginning to end. Office staff was friendly and attentive. Guys moving my daughter’s items were awesome. We had all of my daughter’s dorm items in a storage unit and they moved everything from the unit and her vehicle into her new dorm room and put it exactly where she wanted it. Highly recommend.

We have a hard time finding responsive and professional service providers around Dadeville. Our team from Two men and a truck were top notch and delivered on their commitments. I will use again and would recommend.

Leaving a poor review because I recommended this company for a friend who needed a move from a storage unit and short trip to apartment around the block. Appointment was for Saturday at 5 est. She received a call to say they had a cancellation and would she take 11:15 est. She agreed readily but got a text message to change back to orginal time. Okay that still works but nobody showed up or answered calls why arent you here. Late Saturday night call back saying that they will come Sunday morning at 10:00 est.... two boys came. 18 year old and 16 years old. Not 2 men and a truck. They then had to call back because they had trouble moving refrigerator. Waited on another person to arrive. I felt awful for my Korean friend and this trouble. She has a $400 bill. I truly hope that this company makes this right for her🙏

We had a fantastic experience with Two Men and a Truck! We had a local move from a 2nd floor apartment to a single story home. Shane and Deon were early and ready to work! They came in and assessed what we had and immediately began loading the truck! They wrapped our furniture very well and were finished packing our 2 bedroom apartment in an hour and a half. We were very impressed! Unloading was very fast. They asked where items should be placed and offered to assemble everything. They even helped us add felt pads to the legs of our furniture. Overall, we were very glad we chose Two Men and a Truck. It was definitely worth every penny!

Cameron and Dalton were everything you could possibly want as your movers. Professional, courteous, on time, easy to work with. They made the moving experience tolerable and I would ask for them specifically if I needed movers again. Michelle in the office was also incredibly helpful, friendly, amazing!

Moved some furniture from my home to my mom’s house to make room in my home for new furniture. It was a short move across town and priced by the hour. The two young men didn’t drag their feet. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. It was done in under an hour and nothing was broken. Reasonable price and a happy mom.

The crew was prompt, and very professional. They wrapped our furniture with real care, and took care to make sure everything arrived unbroken. Weve moved quite a few times, these guys were by far, the best.

We had a set of appliances that needed to be moved from one home to another. Trey and Howard showed up early, wrapped everything to protect it, and moved all the appliances without a single scratch to them or the walls, doors, and other contact surfaces. EXCELLENT!!

I would not recommend this service. I had them move some basic furniture (bed, dresser, couch, etc) 5 houses down and the estimate was $500. I had no other options so decided to use them- they forgot to move a dresser which i had to remind them of, they never put my dresser back together, but worst of all my bed was not taken care of and is now broken. I called and someone came back to fix it but it broke again soon after that. I’ve since had to purchase a whole new bed.

My first interaction was with Quan in the main office, she is wonderful and very helpful, and worked with me for two move dates. Nate and Travis were our movers, they were always early, very professional and did an amazing job. They were careful and treated our belongings gently, nothing broke. A great company, I will hire again if I need moving help.

They were good for the most part, but took 6 hours to move a 2BR apartment. Also did not put my bed back together correctly and could not figure out how to move a table out.

I had a service and the 2 guys moved really quick & I was very pleased with their work until after they left I found my bed rail to be broken. I would think these 2 guys were aware of the damage but did not let me know. I understand things happen but I think letting the owner know instead of acting like nothing happened would have been great.

Movers parked in a location that caused difficulty. We asked them to pull closer to the home but were told they could not. The move should not have taken so much time. It took 3 guys an hour to take a bed apart. It took another hour for 3 guys to put it back together. Have used this service in the past and had no problems at all. This time they were over an hour late and their pace was sluggish, at best. Had concerns regarding our experience and attempted to reach out but did not receive a return call. Would like to have discussed concerns before posting a negative review.FOLLOW-UP: I finally got a return call and was promised a 10% discount to be returned to us. Increased from 2 stars to 3 stars since I did receive a call back and an apology.

I received my estimate and was told that my date was wide open so ok to wait until I firmed up some details. I called a second time and the lady said no worries she would call if my date started to fill up. When I called to firm up I was told they were full on my date and no one would have told me that. Gee, guess I was dreaming?! Incredibly disappointed, not to mention the logistical nightmare it put me in.

Edited after clarification of storage from company.I’ve used multiple moving companies, and Two Men & A Truck has definitely been the worst.Our move was from a home in Montgomery to a home in Auburn with a week of storage in between. I was told my items would be in a movable storage unit and stored.But I digress, our items were scheduled to be delivered at 1pm after closing at noon. I get it, the weather was rain and cold. But that’s not an excuse to be two hours late. The vehicle showed up at 3pm. Upon arriving I tried to show the movers where to put stuff, at that point they said “what washer and dryer?”They loaded the wrong stuff..... two hours late. They ended up returning and bringing it. Well, this morning we found they scratched up the washer/dryer, our dining room table, and our walls to our new (construction) home.I will undoubtely NOT recommend them. For the money I dropped on this movie, I expected far better.

Called to get information about portable units and labor for our move. The woman answering the phone was neither knowledgeable nor friendly. I had high hopes for this company but will be bringing our business elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

Decided to pay for movers instead of moving our washer, dryer, and larger mirror up stairs our self. Washer slipped off end of dolly and dropped onto concrete stairs. Scratched entire side of washer. Mirror ended up with numerous chips. Called to inform company and was told if it didnt function properly that we could then make claim. Was offered no additional retribution for failing to adequitly complete the job. If it wasnt an old washer we would have pursued matters further. Use a different mover or save your money and just do it yourself before calling two men and a truck.

We had used Two Men and A Truck in Auburn previously and had very good service. That was not the case this time. Our possessions were carelessly put on the truck resulting in our mattress, and my wedding dress box getting very wet. They said it was caused by a very small refrigerator we had used to keep cold water in, but it was a frost free refrigerator. We have concluded that it may have been turned on its side and the mattress and my wedding dress box, clearly marked wedding dress were placed beside it with nothing for protection. My dining room table has a large scratch on it.My husband who has been sick for awhile, had to supervise the loading since I was working, and he told me they were just in a hurry to get through. They refused to bring our plants, even though I had told the man who came to give us the estimate that the plants would need to be moved in the truck since they are large. The plants meant a great deal to me since they had belonged to my father. The young man had said that wouldnt be a problem.When they delivered our possessions, they brought in boxes clearly marked fragile with heavy boxes marked as books on top of them. The boxes underneath were clearly getting crushed. Unless I stood right at the entrance of the hallway, they just put boxes anywhere they wanted to, although we had told them which boxes went in which room and the boxes were clearly marked according to the rooms.They haphazardly stacked boxes in the outside storage room, and when I checked it after they left a whole stack started to fall on me. I managed to brace them while moving them around, or I could have been badly hurt.We took the insurance for damage, but when I contacted the company after the move, I basically got an Im sorry about that and nothing else.At the end papers were shoved at me to be signed hurriedly, with very vague explanation.Before this move, I would have recommended this company. Now, not only can I not recommend, we would NEVER use them again. I would give them a negative star if that were possible.

AWFUL!!!!!! THE TWO BOYS WERE VERY INEXERIENCED. A HOLE WAS KNOCKED IN THE WALL, DINING ROOM CHAIRS WERE DAMAGED, CHINA CABINET DOORS LOCKS WERE BENT, TWO OF MY BOXES WERE EITHER LOST OR STOLEN!!!! CLAIMS MANAGER REFUSED TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THOSE ITEMS THAT WERE MISSING!!!!! SOME OF THE THINGS BELONGED TO MOM WHO DIED IN 1996. IT WAS EXTREMELY HURTFUL THEY WAY MY CASE WAS HANDLED. MANAGEMENT KEPT TELLING ME THEY WERE LOOKING FOR MY THINGS BUT NEVER NOTIFIED ME WHEN THEY COMPLETEDTHEIR SEARCH.*DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT A PLEASANT MOVING EXPERIENCE!!!

They did a terrible job and billed me for 3 hours more than they actually worked. Some of my belongings were also left on the truck without being unloaded. It took me over two weeks of calling and complaining before they found these belongings and returned them to me.During my move, I had two different crews working on moving my stuff and one of the movers actually told me that the guys on the other crew were the laziest guys at the whole company.
