I am beside myself with how great this team is! I got my last oil change somewhere else and my undercar shield fell off and Ive had a rough time even finding the replacement bolts and wouldnt know how to put it back on anyways (im not car savvy) I came to this jiffy lube to get my oil changed and brought the shield with and they said they will totally check to see if they have the right bolts and get it back on for me! I am very grateful! And of course quick easy service, didnt have to wait, didnt even have to get out of my car! I was happy with the price and they applied the website coupon for me. The guy under my car was super wonderful and quick and happy to help with my shield issues and the 2 ladies assisting and answering questions were very both kind and knowledgeable. I will 100% continue to come to this location! I wish I knew all of their names (Sunday 10/3/21 @ 415pm)

I just needed a top off. I informed the person there. There was one car ahead of me. He kept me waiting 25 minutes for a 90 second job. A personable manager but he had employees walking around that could have finished the job done in 90 seconds. Nice guy but I lost a big block of time. Plan accordingly.

The covers underneath my Vehicle got unscrewed and falling of the ground, it’s a sunday and almost all autoshop in the area are closed, so i drove by here to see if they can help me with that. They fixed it eventhough it’s not listed under their service, I amWilling to pay a sevice fee as well but they did not ask for anything!! I am so happy and thankful! Staff are very nice!! Never recommend this place To no-one Did my Oil change on the 16th of monday Few days later show on my dash board that My oil filter needs Maintenance i look under the car It was leaking Oil Filter was lose And my car Never leaked oil before!

Fast, friendly service. No complaints here! They even went out of their way when I ran out of gas in their parking lot when I had left my wallet at home by mistake. One of their friendly associates even ran to the gas station to get the gas for me because they didnt want me to get gas all over my nice clothes. Which by the way he paid for himself & then they topped off the fluids in my car to boot! I realize they went WAY above and beyond for mr that day but they also made a guaranteed customer for life with me! All of my friends go there now too. I definitely recommend their service.

As a women I am always skeptical that Car people are going to try and get me to do unnecessary services, etc. I truly dont know much about vehicles. Came in for an oil change here today. Was told just one guy working, cant do oil changes. Apparently management and the other employees overslept because they had done too much heroin and drugs the night before, I would guess, the typical thing that minimum wage idiots do that cant be relied on. No wonder Valvoline and other companies are buying out all the jiffy lubes recently. Jiffy Lube needs a total restructure. Ridiculous

There was only one technician working on the cars and he was seriously overwhelmed. There was one car inside the shop that hadnt had any service yet after being in there for 30 minutes. Eventually had to leave because we needed to make an appointment.Came back, no line, very professional people. However, they charged us 20 dollars of labor to replace an air filter. Took the guy less than 2 minutes for the whole job.

Having 2 driving jobs I get low tires and slow leaks often so I need air ups often. They are ALWAYS nice, friendly, and very professional. Never gave me trouble or asked questions with my frequent visits between repairs. Thank you.

Got an oil change here during the COVID-19 pandemic. Service was seamless and fast. The staff were wonderful (Sandra was the main person I worked with)Would definitely come back!

Came in for oil change. 3 employees. Long line of cars. All 3 were chatting along and working at the slowest rate.Our car was finished but they wouldnt check us out because technically the other car was here first even though they were still working on it. When the car next to us finally left after they jerry rigged some things, one employee said not sure if that fixed it but it went in and thats all that matters. Will be looking elsewhere.

I always go to this jiffy lube whenever I need an oil change, but yesterday I received some exceptional service. I went in for a standard oil change, but the employees pointed out that I have a leak in my coolant reservoir tank. They suggested that get that fixed before worrying about the oil change, saying that my oil was still good. They made it clear that this was a more important matter and that they didnt want me to waste money on an oil change that could be better spent on a more crucial concern. You hear stories about some stores trying to milk you dry, that are only concerned about the bottom line. I was lucky enough to find a place whos employees care about the customers needs over up selling their services. Its integrity like that that keeps me going to that location.

3 months/ 2000 miles after oil change. BONE DRY. Definitely no oil leaks. Lucky my engine didnt seize. I very much want to hear from the owner. For such a basic service, Id have to say you forgot to put oil in.

I go here all the time, they let me know that I dont need service when I show up too often which is nice.Yesterday I tried changing my break light by myself and the bulb was stuck, I called and spoke with Sean and he told me I can come over and he would help, I already had the bulb so there was no service charge. I will continue going here. They are fast and friendly!

I would not recommend going here.- the oil level is lower than standard- floor wasnt vacuumed at all (although this was listed in the receipt)- the car had oil spots on the hood- the warning message in the car didnt disappear as it usually does.The stuff were quick and friendly.

These guys were awesome all around! Vic greeted me and had a genuine conversation with me about their service and how the day was going for me, it was refreshing not getting the normal robot like script that many other oil change places will give you. Made my experience super easy and super fast, would gladly return for future oil changes.

New manager and new employees much better then the last guys there. Employees quit because of there manager. But its much better now. I do miss that girl that used to work there, she was nice. But I understand her reason to leave being closer to home.

Only needed my oil checked so I cant say anything about other services. But I was in & out so thats always nice.

Usually when we come here we havent had an issue but we had a pretty bad experience this last time. We brought our LandRover over and it had no issues until we got the oil change. When they finished up with the oil change, it wouldnt start. It had a charge but just wouldnt start. We ended up having to tow it and the tow guy mentioned it was probably turned on into accessories mode / before starting when it had no oil and the sensor told the car to lock up and not start no worries on that part as things happen and we got it fixed at the local mechanic shop nearby. The bad experience we had was the mess the people doing the oil change did. I attached two photos I took that day (December 5th) of oil that was over the front of the vehicles grill / bumper. We did get a small discount but I mean the mess is still a mess.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They didnt put enough oil in my car when I got mine changed which can obviously cause catastrophic damage. I called the next day only to be yelled at and hung up on by the manager Walter. I think he was having a bad day because it was out of left field (Leave your drama at home, Walter.) I was nice, polite and genuinely in need of help. I cant believe they hire uneducated thugs to supervise their shops. This guy needs to be cleaning dumpsters rather than working customer service. Ive met nicer dogs. Never spending another dime with jiffy lube.

A rare pleasurable experience. The whole staff was very courteous. I brought my service van in this morning. Fast and efficient and they actually performed everything on their check list instead of just saying they did. I was in and out and I know I said this once but the whole staff was very courteous.

Got my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube today 9/2. I have to say the customer service at this location is beyond amazing. From the young fella who showed me my oil change options and processed my payment by the name of Yaroslav to the fella who got his hands dirty changing my oil by the name of Ivan, they were all very friendly and accommodating. I hope I got those names matching as they are the names I see on my printed invoice; just want to make sure I acknowledge those specific individuals for great customer service. Definitely coming to this location again for my next oil change.

The guy was off on my tire pressure by 10 lbs. and he couldnt turn off the check engine light. He said, You will need to take it to the dealership. He obviously is not qualified to work there!
