As a 5-year Crossfit athlete that is a certified coach and has visited countless Crossfit gyms across the country, I will tell you that ALL IN Crossfit is a great community of like-minded individuals looking to improve their level of fitness along with the confidence they have in themselves. On top of the great workouts and coaching that you will get on a daily basis they offer many out of the gym events that help build camaraderie within the gym. Before making my decision on which gym to join, I visited each Crossfit gym in the area. I ended up choosing ALL IN because they were the ONLY gym that bothered to return my phone call and offered to show me around the gym before I made my decision. ***ALSO, ignore the unjustified 1-star reviews from people who obviously have no supporting evidence to back their claims.***

Started going here when I started college and would come home for the breaks. When I moved back home to auburn I was in search of a gym to get me back in shape and that offered a sense of community. All In has done an amazing job of getting me back on track with my fitness and offered not only a community but a family. I am thankful for the amazing coaches and members at All In and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Exceptional place, people, and experience. I started going in April 2013 when I was new to Auburn and I can say 4 years later that was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. All In has given me much more than just a fitness experience (although they are great at that too); Ive found friends through the coaches and members and made connections that have helped me both personally and professionally. The business model is pretty unique in the fitness industry; you can pay as you go (which is how I started) so you are not bound to any long term contracts. As far as the actual workouts go, All In changed working out for me from a chore to something I look forward to and enjoy, and is often the highlight of my day.

Unknowingly was put on the auto pay system when I specifically asked to be charged to go for ONE month. I even double checked to make sure I wasnt on auto pay, because a friend told me that is how it works. A worker went online to my account and said, thank you for telling me you dont want to be on auto pay, because you were. I will take you off. They DID NOT take me off. When I called and asked for a refund, they said that it was my fault and did not give me my money back!! Poor customer service. Put themselves before the customer first. Was really surprised and frustrated that they did not give me my money back and acted like everything was my problem.
