I received an oil change this morning and everything went smoothly and fast! I was in and out in less then an hour and the staff was very knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely be returning!

Pretty standard repair shop. I normally go to the one in Tacoma, so this location was a first. Gave me two options for my repair and didnt pressure me when I chose the lesser. You can also bring your own parts if you want.

Seth and the guys here are great. Not only was the work done fast and professionally; it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Auto repair places are always hammered on for trying to swindle you. It may feel that way when you have an unexpected repair, but that is mot the case with these guys. Well done.

Had muffler, and pipe installed. The welding job was the worst I’ve seen. Splatter all around the welds, and not air tight. Several exhaust leaks. One where they welded the pipe, another where they welded on the hangers (they burnt holes into the new pipe) the last was where they installed the muffler. They never welded the top, and made my new muffler sound like sh*t. I’m done with Bucky’s

What a great job! Prompt, fast and excellent service! I called in this morning, they said bring it down. 2 hours later I had new exhaust! I liked how one guy started on the truck, but when the second mechanic was free, he pitched in and they got it done twice as fast! Thats excellent service. The attention to detail was pretty awesome as well. They offered to paint the exhaust pipes, and included it in the estimate.

They were really helped our 93 truck was running but not well (147k miles) found out the fuel injectors were stuck open & needed to replaced. It still is running alittle ruff but they told us it needs 2 run about 800 miles to make it run better.

Went to have Buckys Muffler weld on a blunt for my wideband fuel ratio for my exhaust they wanted $200 for a 20-minute job .. I had another exhaust shop do it for $50. I will never be back to Buckys Muffler ever for anyting!!!

Called and asked if oil changes were drop in or if I should make an appointment. There was a coupon offer much like jiffy lube does. I was told to come on in. I get there and the tech said they wouldnt get to it until saturday. I came in tuesday. I would have happily made an appoinment over the phone and not write this review had I not made the unneccesary trip.

Went to this business to get my heater core replaced, it took all that stores hours to get replaced, after all said and done 1395 dollars later they didnt put everything back together no radio no alarm and no airbag light, took it back they said they fix it, I took my truck out and found that they had broken my dash cover, now they dint want to replace it, DONT GO TO BUCKYS Ever it will cost you more along with the price you pay to get the work done just dont go to buckys. It will save you a headache.

Called to check on the price of a coolant flush. Got there and it was fairly busy (3 cars isnt much but hey). The new manager and I discussed the vehicle I brought in and some of the issues to be aware of when doing the flush. Due to the virus, I ended up waiting outside.The new manager was highly personable and knowledgeable about older vehicles. We ended up messing with the tech a little (due to how extremely weird it is to get to a mid-engine vans engine bay for work) and got in and out of the work bay within 15 minutes (as they stated it would take).Manager ended up giving me a hell of a discount, vans coolant never spiked all the way home. Checked underneath and theres no leaks or boil-over anymore. I would highly recommend this place again and will be bringing it back for my final oil change before my big move back to Texas.

They replaced my catalytic converter same day with parts I bought in about three hours. I couldnt have done this without them. Hands down, theyll treat you right.

Ive been dealing with my AC not working for about a year. It was miserable. Winter was harsh and froze me every morning going to work because I had to roll down my window to keep the window from frosting up in seconds. It endangered me on the road at night and I was worried about going into this coming winter unprepared especially because my driver side window wouldnt roll down without me opening the door. I called in and they were happy to answer the questions I had: Repair Type, When can I come in, and if they could help my situation. They answered positively and said I could send my car in, though they said most likely it wouldnt be started until tomorrow because someone wasnt in. I was a little dejected, but I was more happy about the fact theyd see me so quickly. So I drive over there (Passenger window down, of course) They were quick to get it all sorted to go, told me theyd call me when they could take a look at it and I left confident theyd get it done tomorrow, they were friendly and professional. However I was not expecting them to call me 2 hours later to tell me all the problems and the solutions thatd work for my car. They told me an estimate which was pretty cheap than most other places. They told me theyd get working on my door in an hour when they did teardown on the door- and sure enough an hour passes by and they told me give them 30 minutes later and theyd be done! They finished it not even 6 hours after getting my car- and they had quite a few cars come in. They were so quick, and so professional im really impressed. This is gonna be my place of choice from now on. These guys are great. Im used to being jerked around with repairs- and this was a nice change of pace. Id suggest everyone give them a try if you need something done

Overall, it was a really good experience and I will be going back if I ever have a problem again! They also were done by the time frame they gave me which was a plus!

Had a new radiator put in my car. Wasn’t holding coolant, went to one place wanted to charge me just to look at it. Went to Bucky they pulled it right in found the problem and even showed me what they were doing. Didn’t charge me to look at it or fix the issue, which was a loose hose. This Place is a very unprofessional! Mom took her car and they left the oil filter loose and it leaked oil like crazy. BEWARE people or you will break your engine, if you take your car to this place.

Took my Chrysler pacifica to get the radiator and hose fixed. Its been 3 days now and there are no smokes coming from the hood. And one last thing, they do offer finance if you cant pay off the labor and parts. Only takes 15min or less to get approved. Thanks Buckys!

I took my car in Wednesday evening to have an oil change. I drove straight home afterwards. The next morning on my way to work the car start smoking from every vent in the car, under the hood, and exhaust in the back. I spoke to an automotive technician who is shored me that if the car started acting this way after oil change, the mechanics made a mistake and we’re at fault. I called them to let them know what had happened, They first said that they would pay for a tow if I paid for any repairs that needed to be done to the car even though it was their mistake that the repairs had to be done. Then they said that the mistake was my fault because my engine is bad without having looked at the car, and that they would look at the car for free but they were not going to pay for any towing. Highly unprofessional and very irresponsible staff. Please reconsider bringing your vehicle to this auto shop. It can cost you your car as it cost me. I know the allure of an inexpensive oil change is great, but the cons outweigh the pros with this shop.

Do not go here! Seriously they will ruin your vehicle! Manager is an idiot who does not know cars. Our transmission line broke, he said he repaired it. Waiting on new lines to replace all. He couldnt get them in! Said come get your truck while we wait and Ill call when you need to bring it back. Drove it about 8 miles. Whole transmission blew! Cost us a fortune for new transmission. Took it to Auburn Drive Train. They are GREAT! I am warning you!!!!!! Not a joke!! This place is a joke. Learned about several other people who had horrible things happen to their cars after. I wouldnt even recommend an oil change here! No kidding!

The radiator in my 1961 Econoline PU was blocked. As I called around the area, Buckys was the only place that would take ONLY the radiator. As the PU had extreme cooling issues driving it there would be bad. They cleaned and painted the radiator in a timely manner and area very professional type group of people.I do recommend BUCKYs in Auburn for engine cooling/heating problems.ThanksTim

Ive had them do work on three times for a radiator, emissions, and an alternator on a 1999 Nissan. I will continue to use them.Pros: Honest prices, fast/same day repairs, friendly service.Cons: No drop box for a key and no appointments, which means a wait in line on Saturdays as they do work first come first serve.

When you go in ask for Wally. They moved this guy from Kent to auburn and Ill never go to Kent buckys again, auburn is where its at. Theyre customer friendly and theyre not going to BS you into things you dont need. Wally and his son work there and theyre amazing. My boyfriend and I wont take our cars anywhere else.

Mechanic were very clear and to the point. I am a regular customer here on Wednesdays only. My chevy is well maintained.

Not sure where to begin. My vehicle was sent to this location and the exhaust was a mess. Some background info, yes, my cats blew and the engine was running rugged. Buckys replaced all four cats with non Nissan parts and it ran and sounded like crap, made weird noises, exhaust was 2.5 inches too long, heat shields got mangled and removed. A few months later I had 3 different mechanics look at it and all said the exhaust was messed up. 2 Nissan dealers recommended that it needed to be completely replaced because it was that bad. Buckys tried to sell me that the heat shields arent needed, but the problem is that; well, they are. Heat shields protect the body, engine, wires and wire connectors. They complained that they are a pain to put in and they get mangled when working on the cats; well, thats all wonderful, but a shop who specializes in exhaust shouldnt have any issue putting heat shields in ... since they repeatedly claim they are the experts and the dealers dont know what they are talking about or doing. All 3 dealers I dealt with all do exhaust in house. Buckys also tried to sell me on the fact that the dealers bring their exhaust work to Buckys ... 3 Nissan dealers laughed their butts off at that. The exhaust being too long? was told by Buckys it doesnt matter, but the problem is it puts added stress on the hangars and puts them at the wrong angle because they arent hanging correctly, so it does matter. And if you think youll have an ASE certified tech working on it ... guess again. Asked for the techs cert and he didnt have one, although the sign on the front door leads you to believe otherwise. The only positive thus far is that they replaced / warrantied the cat that started throwing a code 4 months later.

They ruined my grandmas car. My Grandma died a few years ago and left my mom and dad her car. What went from a radiator leak turned into several return trips throughout the next several months and eventually the engine went And the transmission. This car was a 2005 with regular oil changes and less than 120k miles on it. I would not reccomend. Cost about $1600 all together before I had it junked. At least I got $250 from the tow company, so the repairs were really like $1350. THANKS BUCKYS!

Had custom exhaust built for a toyota 4x4 with a vortec 4.3 chevy motor in it . They did a perfect job of running the way i wanted it keeping it clear and up tight out of the way . Very impressed. Would recommend these guys for all your exhaust needs stock or custom they can do it . And prices are reasonable . Especially for custom work.

Does not keep their word under new management. Called to see about getting oil changed and was told to come on in. Was told only one guy working, however we will do it no matter what. Got down to Bucky´s and was told to wait about 20 min but your oil will be changed. After 20 min wait oops sorry not able to do it now the guy doing the oil changes needs to get back home or to wherever because hes on Department of Corrections work release. Plus I drove like 18 miles to go to Bucky´s. Never had this problem before New management. Bucky´s you have lost a customer. Possibly a few more.

Kudos to the store manager Wally. I had my car serviced for a basic oil change at the puyallup Buckys. While there I was convinced that I also needed a power steering flush. When I got home the hubby checked the fluid and it appeared to still be old based on coloring as if they did nothing. We called the puyallup location for an explanation and very little was explained and advised that there was probably some sediment left behind. I was now very frustrated- it was supposed to be a flush- and seemed as if I was charged for a service that was not done.My husband ended up calling the Auburn Buckys and spoke with Wally seeking an explanation of the process. He explained the process and that it should not be dirty and should have been flushed. He asked that I come and see him ASAP and his guys will make it right. Auburn was not the shop to do wrong... but Wally was willing to fix on behalf of anothers error! I stopped by after work and went to see Wally. He was very busy and no room in his bays but took time to look over my car and diagnose the problem. Turns out the Puyallup Buckys did the service they sold me but used a brand of power steering fluid that was pale in color and appeared to be old. Wally pulled out the product and explained why we were confused.Kudos to Wally. He was willing to fix any wrongs that we thought were done. Turns out to be just a misunderstanding but Wally and his crew took the time to educate.

I bought a Groupon for an oil change and vehicle inspection. I came in on a Saturday and although they were extremely busy they squeezed me in. They were able to change my oil but not diagnose some additional problems I was having. They kept my groupon ticket open and had me come back. Im a Green Beret and had not mentioned it because its my job and we are silent professionals. I came in Monday at 0800 to pick up my truck in uniform and was thanked for my service and the additional fees I accrued because of the additional issues I was having were waved. These guys are blue collar hard working patriotic Americans which, in my opinion, are hard to find in the Seattle city area. My wife and I are now loyal customers. This was something small they did for us but it meant a lot to me.

I’ve brought all my cars here for the last 19 years to have the exhaust done and they haven’t let me down yet. An A-1 establishment.
