I had a premature timing issue, oil burning issue. Almost blew the engine. Took almost a month to get in the parts and to get it in for repairs. The man at the service desk, Wallace, was a huge help!! Thank you sir!But the problem is.....2 days of repairs.....got it home...and within a few hours it started leaking oil....puddles of it. Equinoxs are known for this. Thank God I have the patience of a Saint. Even though thats wearing out quick. 65,000 miles on it and still 2 years of payments. Annoying

The service I received today was great! They were very timely and nice. The only reason they got four stars Id because they seemed to miss a few of the more important things I asked then to look at. But its a stressful time, so I understand (:
