Had a nail in my tire and noticed at the store down the street. Had a compressor in my trunk so I quickly filled it up and drove it over to tire warehouse. The guys over there were busy, but quickly moved other stuff aside and put me first. Within minutes they had my tire off, working on the patch. Quick and efficient. The crew was all extremely nice and relatable. Thanks guys.

I had a very excellent tire buying experience. Quote give, tires ordered, two days later they were put on. Have driven 250 miles since and all is good.

Been sitting here for 3 hours now. Yes I understand that I was a walk in but they told me that it would be quicker than to make an appointment for the morning. They said it would be less than an hour. 3 hours later and my car is still jacked up and no tire has been touched. Plus guy was so rude and no one is wearing a mask that works here.

I have been using this particular tire warehouse for 20 years and have always been treated with nothing but professionalism. Always willing to try to you in if it is an emergency, when those times do occur I realize they cannot just drop everything to wait on me. Although I have been surprised now and then. thanks.

Called the guys up in a little bit of a rush situation and forest and the guys took care of me better then most shops ive dealt with, got me in asap and also went above and beyond to get me taken care of when they encountered a problem!

Just left there 10/12/20 ...i was across the street getting gas and noticed i had a tire going flat, had a bolt in it..called over to tire warehouse, they said come right over,considering i just showed up and they were very busy they had me in and out in less than an hour,..biggest notice was the customer service from a lady at the counter, top notch and next thing i see is her taking the tire off, if she isnt the manager SHE SHOULD BE!!..10 stars for her

I was very happy to find that Auburn Tire Warehouse would take my car in to put on my winter tires. I had called around and everywhere else was booking two weeks out. They have always been curtious and prompt, and have often offered suggestions to save time or money on my part. I am very pleased.

Honestly I have never had my tires done here personally. What I do know is that my good friend is one of the best employees there. Im not just being biased either they have good prices and will work with you to make sure you are satisfied and your vehicle is safe to drive. I would recommend tire warehouse to anyone.

When I need tires, I always go to the Tire Warehouse in Auburn. They are consistently so helpful and friendly and help find products that fit my price range. My last visit to check the tire pressure was no different. One of the managers, Kyle, helped and he was very courteous and accommodating. I will definitely be going back for all my tire needs.

Great service! I went to town fair tire and they said my car couldn’t be fully aligned because of a frozen part. I ended up bringing it here after and they got the part free and it’s now perfectly aligned!

I had a great experience here. The 2 sales men were great, they got me a great price on all 4 tires, balancing and alignment. The tire techs and the alignment man worked very quickly I was in and out in about an hour! I also always come here when I get a flat and they are always helpful and quick and the tire holds up. The only tire place I will go too!

Ive been in maybe 20 times and would rate this place Very Good overall. They have worked hard to find me odd-size tires that werent in stock, usually at comparable prices to the other places. They seem focused on keeping long-term customers rather than making a quick sale. I have found them very reliable and always helpful. I won’t go anywhere else!

Last August, we were just beginning our two day drive to our summer vacation spot, and our car blew a tire. We were able to limp to Tire Warehouse and I was extremely grateful for the service we received. The manager was able to make an immediate call to get the tires we needed on the truck that was leaving the warehouse to be delivered that morning. Thanks to their prompt response and service, we were able to get back on the road in just a few hours, which I would not have thought possible! Plus, they arranged for us to stop by the Tire Warehouse in South Paris (which was on our way) to double check the lug nuts. Their staff got us right in, checked our car and we were back on the road in less than 10 minutes! Talk about amazing customer service!!! So thank you to all the Tire Warehouse staff who took good care of us when we needed it most.Also, we returned to the Auburn TIre Warehouse a few months later to check to see if the new tires/car needed an alignment, and after assessment, they said the car was all set and didnt need the alignment. I was grateful for their honesty!

Beware. Terrible experience here on more than one occasion. Rude employees. They did an alignment on our car, and the wheel was still way off.Went in for a tire swap on another occasion, they said my replacement tire that I brought in was no good. And then refused to put the original tire back on.I almost lost a day of work thanks to these guys. Its a good thing I had a doughnut to put on it, or would have needed a tow. Which I woulda been SOL where I had no money besides what I budgeted for the original swap.I dont trust them, was very disappointed with their service, and most likely will not be back.

Ive been putting off getting tires for my plow truck but after getting stuck a few times this week with more snow in the future I couldnt wait any longer. I called this morning knowing what I wanted and was shocked they were in stock! They didnt try to sell me anything else and we made a tentative appointment for 1:00 pm. I showed up a few minutes late but they took me right in. The said 45 minutes but were done in 30! Air pressures were right on and they relearned the TPMS. Price was competitive too.
