Same issues others are describing with getting hold of someone is this office either by phone or by email. You leave messages but never get a call back, send emails and hear nothing since the past several months. Someone is sleeping at the wheel here or they are having major technical issues. They did not submit my autopay all of a sudden this month and I got my first due bill from them out of the blue. This was not the case in the past as previous reviews are a testament to good service.
Robin has been a close friend and a part of my family for 16 years now. As a person, i dont know anyone who is more honest and genuine. He has helped me with my insurance and life insurance for over 5 years now and it has been the best experience Ive ever had with an insurance company. Not only will you actually get to talk to him, but his staff has been nothing short of amazing with their customer service. I will be a client forever, and my friends and family all say they wish they signed up with him sooner!
For about a year now I have had trouble contacting anyone in the office, always getting sent to the voicemail. Never get a return phone call, when I do finally reach someone they can never answer any questions that I have and they proceed to tell me they will call me back but two weeks later I still do not receive a phone call. I was recently in an accident and had the claims department mail the check to the office for pick up. My check was being sent to their old address, luckily I had tracked the package and got a notice of “address discrepancy.” To my surprise - they moved locations, I had no idea nor did the claims specialist handling the case. Her exact words “Thank goodness you called, because we still had their old address on file!” I try to call and pay my policy three to six months in advance and have been told on many occasions that they cannot take payment in advance. Since my accident I have asked to speak to Robin himself, have not heard from him since Jan. 19th 2020. It is now Feb. 27th 2020. I will be taking my business elsewhere along with my boyfriend and my mom. Extremely unhappy customer.
Thank you Robin and staff for rolling a small car loan into my daughters name. We really wanted her to build up credit and be prepared for adulthood as she begins these first stages of college. Its a great confidence booster for her yet manageable car payment. We cant thank you enough for all your hard work and caring staff! 1 out of 3 calls you make get get lucky to have someone pick up and then told to call the claims department, obviously doesnt care.Get rear ended, the 17 year old totalled all 3 vehicles and doesnt even bother to find out if i was dead or alive !
Robin has always been very quick with getting back to me and he made everything extremely easy. I got a great rate for my homeowners and auto policy. WAY better than going through another Insurance companys website!!!
Robin either screens his calls or he is never in the office and forget about return calls I hope you have time to hound him. The staff is clueless and not helpful. Ive called left and messages, I finally had an opportunity to leave State Farm and Robin Irvine. State Farm sent me 2 Bills and 1 refund check. I still dont know why. I called they said they would call me back - that was 2 weeks ago. Glad to have moved to Allstate.
Robin is a great guy to work with. He got me a great rate on auto, home, life insurance. I cant be much happier with what I pay for all three things. First time home buyer so I knew very little of insurance. Robin was very easy to work with due to fast responses and extremely helpful information. It made for a very easy and smooth transition into homeowners insurance for me.
A couple radiator coolant hoses broke off from the heater core on my car when I was 2.5 hours from home and in the middle of nowhere. When I found out my insurance covered roadside assistance, Robin was immediately on the phone calling a towing company to assist me. He told them the situation, provided me with all the information I needed; all I had to do was call the towing company to give them my whereabouts and where I wanted to go and they were on their way. Robins State Farm office was billed directly and all they needed was my signature at the end of the ride. Im over the moon at how simple and quick this transaction was. His generosity and attention to time made a terrible situation so much more bearable and im forever grateful.
Robin has been a great help through my first experience purchasing car insurance. He took time to make sure I understood exactly what I was buying and was available whenever I needed him to answer questions. He found me a policy that fits my budget and coverage needs. Lately I had a bad experience. I was always calling and had no answer from the personal. There was always an answer machine. I wanted to add a car. Or take out a car from the policy, I was calling and leavinga a message saying what I wanted to do, and saying call me back please and explain me about the coverage or what not. And never called back. So. I switched to different agent.
So i just purchased a car and decided to shop around with some auto insurance quotes. Darren reached out to me and went that extra mile for me, even though i was turned down for insurance. Darren offered me an alternate route and even got me an awesome quote! I got an even better quote, but here i am writing a review for Darren. Just to say thanks for going that extra mile for me.

Poor customer service! Apparently the only person who is able to make policy changes is the office manager and most of the times hes either in the meeting or not available. They would tell me that he will get back to me at a certain time of day but never does! The whole time Ive been with this agent, Robin Irvine never called me once.
The customer service is unmatched.The coverage is more than what I had before and for less.The discounts, well, they will take time to explain everything for you and they have too many ways to get you the discount that you never thought existing.Im Robin Irvine customer before Im state Farm customer.

I cant say enough good things about Robin and his team at State Farm. When I first signed on with them, he went out of his way to personally figure a rate that beat out ALL other competitors (and he even threw in renters insurance!!) - since then, its been less like an insurance company and more like a family. The personal touches they take with each of their customers will make you feel like you are the only one on their radar. Im never going anywhere else!

Nice people, however my billing is incorrect each month and the auto pay feature that was set up for me only works about every other month which leads to calls when my account is past due. I will be looking at other options.

I had one of the best experiences I had when buying insurance Fernando explained to me very well how the insurance company works. I got a good price and a lot of coverage! What I liked the most is that there are 5 people who speak Spanish. I recommend it!

Alan the office manager is very friendly. When I spoke with him, he focused on the needs of my family and could give me very good coverage for a very low price.
Please, when they have a meeting, they should leave staff to attend to customers who require their service, one cannot go one two three times for their service, I think that by adopting that policy they stop selling because.
