I canceled my insurance after 20 years of never missing a home or car insurance payment. My replacement home and car coverage were sent to them exactly on date it was to be canceled as well left voicemails with the owner of date of cancelation and his son who seems to actually respond. My new insurance company also left multiple voicemails and then emails with the new coverage and cancelation date. Max solid insurance turned my account over to a collection agency for payments not made a month after cancelation even though I spoke directly to josh soliz. I just paid the collection agengency since after 20 years of dedicated being a client they dare to extort me for a service not rendered and assured me via phone would be canceled....obviously their business needed the $300 so bad they have shown what a 20 yr client is worth....not a follow up call just extortion through a collection agency. Max son even told me on the phone his Father Max is not always current on checking emails .....I am astonished they are even in business and ashamed I was their client.

Hands down the best people to have as your insurance agents, they only have your best interests at heart! Very family oriented, I will continually be a valued customer, and refer others to them!
