Good auction for dealerships but super annoying when they move the cars you just purchased so they can drive from point a to point b and you have to hunt the lot to find your purchases.

Terrible customer service! The receptionist can’t answer a simple a question. The question asked was if I needed exact change. She had to run it by someone else 😬. They also close at 3pm on Fridays which makes it an inconvenience when you make a payment and your bank forwards the release and when you contact them directly just to find out they can’t locate and act like it’s not their problem. When you get there they make you wait until your exact appointment time no earlier not even 5 mins. Then they also make you wait another twenty minutes.

Great place to work. Good place to buy cars of all kinds if you are a dealer. They have an auction twice a week. Tuesday mornings----- 9:00am Thursday afternoon 5:30pm.

Mildly unhelpful. Maybe they were busy or understaffed the day I was there. I will say they did seem honest and professional so I think 4 stars is fair. Id go back and if I do Ill post an updated review with hopefully a full 5 stars rating for them.

Excellent car auction if youre a dealer.

I had a 12:30 appointment and was 15 minutes early. The front staff was extremely unhelpful. The appointment time came and passed with no employee showing up and the front office staff just sat there looking at me blankly when I asked if someone would be meeting me still. The staff began fighting about a Christmas tree! Lol what a joke! Totally unprofessional!

Nice layout but nothing is easy here... seems like there is some weird problem with everything I buy and sell.

I have bought several car thru Adesa over the years and they are OK but the best is Adrianne Sharp she has from day one go out of her way to make things happen and will not stop working for you on buying a car or selling. She is the best and is a Hugh asset to Adesa.
