Great organization to work with and extremely accommodating. Have both worked for and with this company in multiple capacities and the biggest differentiator in their service is the personal touch they provide. Their service level and care to tend to customers exceeds any other auction experience I have had and I appreciate any opportunity I have to work with them.

I did not go there to purchase anything. I went there to find part-time employment and this company is the be all and end all of understanding the needs of someone on a limited fixed income. I am 80 years old and tomorrow the 28th of May I will begin my employee with McConnkleAuto group. I cannot say enough for the reception that I was given as an elderly male seeking part-time employment. They are absolutely off the chart.

I work with a company that buys a ton of cars from this auction but the vendor they have in there that does the keys for them is absolutely horrible! We have to spend a lot of money for locksmith services to fix their mistakes. Many cars have wrong fobs programmed to them that take away factory features like remote start (mainly Nissans) and rarely have the emergency keys cut. Is there no quality control regarding your vendors? Whatever company you have doing keys needs to change immediately please!!! We will no longer continue to buy your cars if this continues.

Good layout of cars. Your employees that are on the lot appear to work hard and efficiently do their jobs adequately. Cars that are detailed smell really nice.

Several months ago I had to pick up my car at DAA Seattle which is located in Auburn, easy to find if you can follow directions and read maps. The people working there are so wonderful, helpful and easy to work with. I stopped by and within 15 minutes I had my car brought up to me and that was it. #localguides

Wonderful place too work

I went to DAA Seattle during this pandemic under horrible circumstances and had a little problem and I was personally called on the phone and they straightened the problem out for me!! I am very pleased and excited to go back!!!

This place is the GREATEST !! Full service customer oriented automobile auction house. No need to eat breakfast before you leave your home cause they got you covered. Fast paced, very professional. On a 1 to 10 scale I give them a 12. We at Sounder Auto Sales really appreciate them.

GREAT DEALERS AUCTIONI go to all the local auctions and DAA is by far the BEST around! Everyone is empowered and helpful. From the Manager to the lot staff, everyone is just friendly & helpful. Great leadership is apparent and DAA has that for sure!

A decent company that resells decent vehicles. Factory accounts here so they have a lot of barely used vehicles in great condition with low miles. Keep it in mind if you are eligible to purchase from dealer type auctions

Dealers Auto Auction Seattle is the best place to buy and consign a vehicle. The staff there is amazing. They always go above and beyond. They always try to go out of there way to make you feel welcome and appreciated.

My stereo was stolen while in their possession assumably by an DAA associate since there was no damage to get in and remove the professionalinstall. They have committed to reimbursement so will upgrade rating if they follow thru

I was working at the auction as a temporary employee, and the team was sharp and professional. We were a little bit slow towards closing time, but we definitely moved a lot of cars. I am glad that I visited last Wednesday.
