Dont call these guys..I called with a simple question at 5:38 am(THEYRE LABELED A 24 Hour ROAD SIDE SERVICE, The guy, Dispatch response?? IM NOT A MECHANIC..well can I speak DIRECTLY ok they mechanic so that I can get some CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Dispatch response, Im not calling a mechanic at 5:38 in the morning so you can ask him a question..BEWARE OF COMPANIES LIKE THESE! Terrible custom service but wants you to spend your money with them

Interstate helped with one of my trailer breakdowns last week. The damage was too sever to fix on the road but they did everything they could do to accommodate the situation and got us back to the shop for repairs. Great response time and communication. I have used them several times and each has been a good experience. Thanks for the help.

I broke down. They told me that they would get to me in 1hr.They got to me in 40mins. U want good service I recommend this company. I got em on speed dial👍

They have very good service the drivers are just unthankful now days the mechanics try their best to get the trucks back on the road

Requested a tow for our 24 box truck when it broke down on I-20. We were 7 miles from them and were quoted an hour. 1.5 hours later called to hear the tow vehicle had a windshield wiper problem and it would be another 15-20 minutes. 2 hours after initial call was contacted by the tow driver and told he was not coming. Customer service FAIL!

So unlucky to be towed there. They are very incompetent and does shoddy work. The owner too is very rude and bully if you dare to ask him questions conc. I wont recommend no one,they caused me major problem more than i had,like cutting off and misplaced wires. Transmission problem.it was clutch change only, and it took me 7days to leave with big problame,that they couldnt fix.if you go ther you will bite your 20 fingers.

Altho you may wait for a bit for some one to get to you service is good
