I’m homeless with kids under the age of 18. The lady told me I have to be 60 years or older to get help. That’s real favoritism. Everyone needs help. All ages!!!

They are not publicly accessible. They dont always return your call when you leave your phone number on the senior help line.

They NEVER answer the phone!!! Cant even leave them a message because they never check them! And call waiting is ridiculously long. Terrible phone service.
