Have a package that went to this facility and has been stuck ever since. Seemed very strange so I googled ATLANTA-PEACHTREE GA DISTRIBUTION CENTER and see several reviews and forum posts all complaining about this place being a black hole for mail.They need to close it down or bring in competent people. Ive never had this issue with any other package ever.Ill definitely double check where a seller is located in the future. If theyre in Georgia, Ill skip buying.

I ordered something from amazon expecting it to go pretty good and already be out for delivery when in reality it’s still being shipped. i was wondering why so i went to google maps and searched for this place then saw so many bad reviews. this place NEEDS to be shut down. i can already guarantee that my package will not be at my house during the expected delivery time. (also my name isn’t jocylen horse 🧍‍♀️)

Be careful what you send through here they have some BIG TIME THIEVES. Also have lackadaisical managers that are lazy and incompetent. They allow their employees to steal personal mail and valuable packages. Shame on this filthy atrocity of a location. They managers need to be fired.

My package arrived at this horrible facility on 9/14/21 then i was sent an update that the package was in transit to the next facility on 9/18/21. On 9/22/21 I had to contact the USPS and they opened a case on 9/23/21. By 9/24/21 the package left the same facility that it has been sitting at for 9 days.

My package has been in transit from this facility for THREE MONTHS. No one answers the phone and there is no way to get in touch with them if you dont live in the city. Has my package been stolen?

I had a package mailed back in April and they received it April 26th to be distributed out to the recipients and they have never distributed it out (it is September 21st)! This package has been sitting 5 months and they never shipped it out. Called to get some help finding my package and was greeted with rudeness.

Im pretty sure that the Democrats are the ones that are running this facility. Order something back in February and we are now in mid-march and still have not received my mail. Amazing how an overnight package has just been sitting at this place for 2 days when it was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. Like everything else in Atlanta this place moves like a snail smh just one of the many reasons I cant wait to get out of this place asap

I wish I could put a lower rating on this! I ordered something four weeks ago and usps had it so close to my house it could have been there the next business day. But no, they sent it back here, so now I wont get my package for probably another two or three weeks. Ive already contacted the people I ordered my package from and they didnt seem to do anything. So I am really ticked off.

This is an alright post office for downtown Atlanta. Normal postal services are available here, but the staff here can be very slow and somewhat unhelpful -- a line of about four people took about fifteen or twenty minutes to clear. Plan for a little extra time.

By far the worst experience ever. Overnight mail has not arrived and I cannot get answers as to when it will arrive. Some changes need to take place in this distribution center. As Im writing I sent mail 17th guaranteed to arrive on the 18th for a place only 4 hours away from me. I could have driven and dropped it off and be at peace. We live and learn. Last time ever to use their services

My package arrived at this facility January 21st and must have disappeared. It has not left the building according to the tracking information and it is now February 5th! It only has to go three hours to my post office in Hilton Head. My postal worker said all he could do was give me an 800 number that is an automated response that mail is taking longer to reach its destination. This is the second time a package has vanished at the Atlanta- Peachtree facility but the company filed a lost package claim. I received a beat up and opened package with the end of my plant sticking out 3 weeks later!!! The tracking feature is a joke. It does nothing except show how poor the mail service is at this facility. When a package can not go from Athens Georgia to South Carolina, they should be ashamed. No one cares.....

Ordered on eBay from seller in GA; tracking # shows package made it to Atlanta distribution center and there it has sat for over two weeks. Im in PA and can get stuff from CA in 3 days. I dont know whats going on there but somebody needs to fix it. Thanks, DeJoy and Trump.

My destination should be Delaware and the estimated delivered time is the first week of December. Tracking and show my package were be here over one month and it seems missing! They didnt move forward to next stop.

Reading the reviews of the delayed packages, I regret buying anything from any vendors in the GA area. GA to PA should not take 2 weeks. I get packages from CA on-time. Vendor told me to expect delays of up to 4 week. Thats a complete joke. If your vendor uses USPS, immediately cancel your order and buy elsewhere.

This distribution by far is the worst I have seen. I can’t understand how a package from Marietta to Augusta took a week for delivery being shipped priority mail. Then another package shipped the same week sits at this location for 4 days to be sent to Macon for it to come to Augusta. This place has gotten worse and I hate to see my packages come through here. Management and employees needs to be fired. I can understand issues happening occasionally but every time is unacceptable.

Wouldnt recommend this mailing service to anyone. Absolutely horrendous; how hard is it to communicate accurate information to the receiver? My shipment was delayed THREE times without a reason.

When I found out that my package was going through the Atlanta-Peachtree Distribution Center, I knew that IF I got the package it would be 2 weeks late. Havent gotten it yet, tracking number reports the same thing every day, in transition!

I find it funny how a package can get from Michigan to Georgia in 7 hours and then takes almost 2 weeks to get it from this location to my house. In addition, Ive had about a half dozen packages hit this facility and then just disappear and never arrive. It is 9 in the morning and the wait to get an operator on the phone is between 1.5 hours and 2 hours, just like when you call at every other single time of the day. The only 5 star reviews here that are positive are by obvious USPS workers with room temperature IQ. I am fed up with this. 12 days my package is showing to be at their facility, the government needs to step in and clean up this make work program.

The gentleman that works there is really pleasant and always tries to help. However, the woman, I believe Kim is her name, is unpleasant, rude, and not helpful. I have been to this post office countless times and have only had negative interactions with her. It’s a shame that customer service is not accounted for in jobs like this (or if it is, it’s not visible). I really hope she improves her attitude or the post office hires someone better suited to deal with customers on a daily basis.

My package was sorted at this facility coming from MO, and instead of delivering it to me here in Atlanta they sent it to another facility in MI.Now it just says it’s in transit to yet another facility and will arrive late, like really it’s already been a week and it was shipped priority !they have terrible customer service.😡

This is the absolute WORST post office I have ever visited! The postal worker Kim is so unbelievably rude, I cant even believe that USPS allows her to represent them. Its been a month and still dont get last scan in was there

There is a theif working at this facility!! In the past month I have mailed 3 packages that went through the Peachtree facility..only ONE landed safely. The first one disappeared then this last one was a childs gift wrapped like a gift. Someone at this location cut the tape to open my box (I can tell cuz they cut too deep and sliced the box with a box cutter) then they took the gift out of the box...UNWRAPPED the gift..STOLE the product then put the empty wrapping paper back into the box and retaped it shut and sent it along its way. Both times that Ive lost something has been BOTH times my stuff gets delayed at the Peachtree distribution center. This is sickening that you guys have hired someone who is willing to open a childs gift and steal it.

I hope my package doesn’t sit there for 5 days again. I live only 20mins down I-20 from there for Christ’s sake.

Ms. Kim who works there is very rude and not customer service oriented at all! I saw her name tag and i absolutely cannot believe she has a leadership position with her horrible attitude. She wouldnt answer any question i had without getting an attitude! I hope someone reprimands her. Its sad that i get on here and see a comment from just a month ago saying how rude this woman is. This distribution center is full of Thieves!!! The people working at night and on the weekend will open up your package and steal the belongings and deliver and empty box. This is not right! Y’all need to watch your employees because they are breaking Federal Law opening up packages. Put up some cameras and y’all need to be held accountable for the thieves you all are hiring!!

Customer friendly and great place to mail your goods. The place seems to have alot of history, its amazing to see the people zoom in and zoom out to handle their business.
