Easy in easy out. Came an hour and a half early, put me straight in the door. I was loaded, bills in hand before appt time. Everyone friendly from the guardshack to shipping office. Great start to my day!This is a big complex. So to be clear i had a dry load on Saturday morning so it may be different weekdays or reefer loads.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Saddle Creek so far. Since I started 3 years ago, Ive had various opportunities to gain new skill sets and additional experience due to the growth in my department. The management team here truly wants their employees to succeed and gives opportunities for them to development and growth.

Absolutely no overnight parking !!!There was plenty of room for many trucks to park out of the way that are waiting to be loaded but they will not allow any parking, even though the facility is closed for the night. We haul your freight but you will not allow trucks to park and wait to be loaded. Everyone knows there is no adequate parking in Atlanta... What a shame..

My appointment was at 0900 i got there early 0600 and I got a door right away and the loaded me immediately. Was only there maybe an hour. Hardest part was finding a flat spot to close my doors. The parking is a hill.

Unloading and loading time is ok. thry dont keep you waiting all day. Although they do have down time days just be patient.

Its a zoo there. But the people in orange loading have it together. Got in got a dock loaded an out. Quick place an after all the action going your out quick this place would be a fantastic place if they had a person moving driver where to go an park. Not just any where.

Saddle Creek was not bad the problem I had the shipper didnt put the load in the system so I end up losing a day so if youre coming to Saddle Creek make sure the shipper put you in the system so you can get unloaded. And special thanks to the ladies in the office that try to get loaded.

My hands were hurting while putting Gatorade on a conveyor. I wouldnt recommend working here of you want your hands to be swollen everyday. My back ached so bad and by the time I was finished with my shift,my hands had swelled so much. Its very fast paced and demanding. It wears your body out.

Truck Driver Review. Shipping. This is my first time here. Honestly the security was awesome and the people at the desk are fast and efficient. I arrived at this facility at 11:50am, I followed all the steps they told me detach, slide tandems, even turned off my truck (No Idle Zone) until I started sweating and was drenched. Then I cranked it back on due to me overheating. Currently while I’m writing this review I’ve seen trucks come in a little bit before me and leave. Walmart trucks, others, didn’t turn off engine once get packed and gone. Favorites Idk. Pull up right beside me 1 even 2 hours after me and leave within 30 to 40 minutes.Update: I’m still here currently. Don’t recommend. I haven’t said a word but to the broker. I don’t understand why I’ve seen Literally everyone before me and after me leave. Dock 64, May 27th. I was a couple of minutes after my appointment. Lady at the desk said they made me wait as the last truck to be loaded cause of the time I arrived. Mind you I received this load after 11:35. If I knew they were gonna make me wait 4 hours for 20 mins behind. I wouldve dropped this horrible place too. Wish she said that first thing.Update: They made me wait behind filling up empty trailers with no trucks attached to it. Worst place. The worst. When I confronted the guy at the dock they were already done with my trailer they just left it hooked to punish the drivers for being late. After Confronted the staff he just hit the button and the light turned green. I was loaded and they still had me waiting. They are petty and inconsiderate. I was extremely nice and patient until I realized at the end they were just being jerks. Just now leaving close to 4 o’clock. Crazy part is when I accepted the load from them it was already 11:35, after the appointment time. I’m not saying I shouldn’t wait, but 4 hour wait.... they could’ve worked that out better. Especially since I had no control over being there early or late as I explained.

Showed at 0600 for a 0930 appt. They loaded me right away was gone by 0727. By the way the parking lot isnt tight at all. Maybe some need to tighten their backing skills.

If you are a trucker Dont waste your time with picking up loads at 100 or 105 eagle vista pkwy Atlanta Ga. This is Saddle Creek Logistics they are very slow and Disrespectful when it comes to your Drive time they take 4 or 5 hours to load. DONT USE CL SERVICES WHEN BOOKING EITHER THEY DONT WANT TO PAY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS LACK OF DESIRE TO DO THE JOB THEY APPLIED FOR. WILL COST YOU A WHOLE DAYS WORK. The Lady Just left to Take Her Friend To the Train Station in the Middle of People asking If their paperwork was Ready So Unprofessional. Wow

Little child work at the front desk, shes not unprofessional to say but she definitely has some areas she can improve on. Space doesnt exist here, slide your tandems up because youre basically doing a 90 here. Unless you get lucky and no trucks or trailers are parked in front of ya door.

Pretty fast loading your trailer

My appointment was at 6 am they gave me a door at 5.30 am it is 10 10 now no one has even come to lock my trailer in. I went to the front the woman was being rude and told me they dont have room for me on the docks and said this is a regular monday morning. If i could give them a -1 star i would. E log drivers stay away! Bad bad place to deliver to.

The staff forgot about me and I was waiting at the dock. Someone never lifted up the bar so I could leave.

Not a real big yard but people were pretty friendly they have overnight parking and they work with you

Checked in at guard shack, slid tandems at dock, backed to dock, unhooked, walked bills to office, signed in there, walked back to truck, and got a call that the bills were ready That fast!! I didn’t even make it to my driver door yet!! Everyone was really nice!! No complaints from me at all!! Just super quick and easy!! I wish every delivery went this smoothly!!!

A little bit slow

Worst place to ever come to get loaded they attitude sucks and every time I come it’s always a 3/4 hr wait and the parking lot is too small for trucks hate it here and I’m come at least 3 times a week

Bad place to deliver. I waited for my trailer for 4 hours. They lost my paperwork and when I asked to speak to a manager the guy in the window said I had to wait until he finished doing nothing before he could call the manager who was walking the floor. If I could give it a negative star I would.

Kind of a cluster... People are very nice. Backing can get kinda tight. No on site parking but you can check in early. My problem was that they didnt have the product in yet but I still got a door so they could load some of it. Overall not a horrible experience, but definitely not the best.

Slow loading and the office staff are more interested in playing on their phones than getting paperwork together so drivers can leave.

Fast and Polite Security and Shipping Office. Under appointment. You must slide the tandem, drop and turn off the engine. Great clean parking. Also vendor machine with great cheap burgers. Microwave next too!

Fairly easy to park / dock. Live load, took (2) hrs! Although, noticed the green light was flashing, signifying they were done, for about (30) min. till they called to tell me pprwrk was ready. Guards and clerk were courteous and professional.

They took me in a day before my appointment and were really nice and quick to unload me.

Im not sure how others have such bad experiences. We load and unload at this facility daily. Ive done thousands of shipments here and I probably run into detention about 5% of the time or less. it happens for sure, but thats because of the sheer amount of volume we do. 1 out of every 20 loads might have some, but overall Saddle Creek is an extremely efficient big shipper that no dispatcher or driver should avoid.

Dont try and go around back to get to the other side. It is not a full loop. Instead, go back out to the street and come back in the other entrance. Other than that, they seem pretty nice to work with.

Ive noticed alot of people posting 5 stars here.. Most likely the management trying to get there ratings up. I have a great idea. Why dont you just change your piss poor attitude and do a better job. If you dont like your job find somewhere else to work and let somebody that wants to work and be happy do the job.

Nice place to visit!! The two young ladies at front in the guard shack is on top of there game!!! They stop everything that move and will check you. I like that there.

Parking lot to sleep overnight just dont park in the wrong one or theyll be knocking on your door at 6:30am. Worked us in before our appointment time and were decently quick. Our appointment was at 12 pm and we was out by 11:30am. Bathrooms arent the best and theyre unisex, but Ive seen a lot worse.

I really want to avoid this place, wait at least six hours every times!

Not bad. Quick loading. I just dont like that I had to drop my trailer and disconnect. Security was nice and so was staff. I arrived at 1230pm, apptn was 13:30, completed by 14:15.

I hate this place. Most of the time you are here 3 hours or 4. They stay very busy and do not be late cause if you become a work in, you will not like it. 1 star is for inefficiency and they care nothing about a drivers time. Had some product that was refused and it took me a month to get them to finally take the 5 pallets off my trailer. Horrible facility.

Im a swift driver and showed up on a sunday delivering a load. I was told that I wouldnt be unloaded until the next day and they had no empty trailers. While I was waiting for dispatch Samuel warren with shipping and receiving unloaded my trailer so I wouldnt have to wait to find an empty. I appreciate it very much

Drivers if you want to punish yourself pickup a load from this location. I arrived at 3:30pm for a 5 pm appointment, was told I couldnt check in until 5 pm. Checked in and was told I would be called why a dock door comes available. At 6:10pm I receive a call to back into a loaded dock. They didnt start loading me until 11pm and finished at 12:48am.I went into the shipping office to get my BOL and was told that I would be called when bills were ready. I went back out to the truck and laid down. I never received a call and went back in the office at 4:45am to get my bills and still had to wait for them...I WILL NEVER HAUL ANOTHER LOAD OUT OF THIS FACILITY.

If I could do zero stars I would. I got here last night at 9pm checked in and didn’t get into a dock till 8am. Then took them till 10pm to get me unloaded. 25 hrs!!! This is not the way anyone should do business. This would be the longest I have ever spent in a dock.

If you are a truck driver Never pu or deliver here! They will have you here all day. Very disorganized. Also bathrooms are worse than a portapotty.

This is one of the worst Saddle Creek locations to get loaded from. They take almost 4 and sometimes 5 hours to get you loaded. I hate coming to this location cause they do not value your time at all. If you are not getting paid super nice for the load you are getting, stay away unless you need to catch up on some rest. You will have plenty of time to get it here.

Going into this job you must surrender your moral. Hr and management unconcerned of the problems presented by new employees. Spoke to hr and management to handle a sexual discrimination problem and nothing was addressed. Managers refer to those of Hispanic descent as putas, staff incorrectly interfere with orders you are working, and staff has a bully mentality. I wouldnt recommend this job to anyone. Its the most unprofessional place Ive worked my entire life.

Unloaded process is bad,,,, over night parking yes u can park across the unloading doors in an angel (...look on ur Google Maps...) to see what I’m talking abt .the building across the street belongs to the same company also and u can park there too I’m saying this cuz my appointment was yesterday morning and for some reason the shipper never notified these people abt my appointment time and delivery number so I end up having to Stay here and extra day, and had to sleep here and I saw trucks parked next to me and stayed There over night, and across the street also .or if u have any questions contact the receiving office during week business days,,I hope this review will help other drivers that will be coming here Either to pick up or to delivery since parking availability is limited around this area,.i personally read all other reviews before I got here .but not one said that you can Park here .. all of them said abt how bad this place was . But not one review abt helping other drivers to determinante if u can or can’t stay here..I don’t know why drivers like to complain only abt their bad experience but not to help others,to get at least something good out of that bad day,, be safe out there drivers

They have OCD like procedures that make sense but lack signage to illustrate they want you to back into a spot before coming into the office. They loaded me really fast and treated me with respect.

OMG!! 11am appointment, arrived at 10am. Its 2:30pm now and they have not yet started loading the driver, he checked with the office and they said they need another 2 hours before they start loading him. STAY AWAY!!! NOT WORTH IT!! Wasted all day

As a driver, this place needs a yard for parking while you check in to get a door or a better system to distribute BOLs. I shouldnt be waiting 3 hours for 4 pallets all 5 feet tall.

Been here a couple of time before and each time was a 10-12 hour wait for unloading.... finally spoke to a broker on the next load and told them I dont have a truck available and not interested in any more loads for Dial.. my drivers are there an hour before their appt and get stuck all day and not making money because I loose other loads...

They dont keep their appointment times. I bet most of their freight ends up being late. I wouldnt ship through them Id use a better company. If you are offered a load out of here dont take it. Let the bullcrap companies take them.

Our driver arrived before his appointment time, (GPS proves it) and 5 hours later he was still untouched. Called and called, but phone just rings......Carriers you may just want to stay away from here. You would think they would be carrier/driver friendly being somewhat of a transportation company themselves, but they are not.........pathetic way to operate is all I can say. They have to contract other brokers (double broker) to haul their customers freight because in my opinion, they already have a bad reputation with the ones they had.Update: Driver had me on his phone while he talked to a person named Blake, who would not talk to me or give out a phone number to contact someone and discuss the problem. (He tried to say driver was late.....got proof that he is wrong) He radioed someone and said it was going to be at least another 4 hours.........Update: Driver ended up having to take his 10 break there backed up to the door, but his appointment was at 8:00pm Friday night. He finally got loaded at 1:00pm Saturday (17 hours later and it had nothing to do with his 10 break)

This is another place u would regret u picking up from...it can be tight backing up for a rookie driver plus they dont care if your early or late they will have u here over 2hrs waiting for them to get you fully loaded...so bring a lunch/dinner

Drivers make sure you have plenty of time before going in here. Very slow and unorganized. Sorry cant rate it any lower.Back again. 45 minutes just to check in today
