This may feel personal, but I was denied change, which is especially disheartening. Let me remind you this location sits on Piedmont Road in Atlanta, Georgia. You are also serving an economically-depressed area, We are many may not have dollar bills or a debit card to use the machines. Not accommodating customers by making change is absurd to me. And the disrespect in communicating this with me let me to write this review. A business that tries to think of every customer is a successful one. It’s not worth patronizing this location, and if you care about quality customer service, as well as thinking of the more impoverished people of Atlanta, you won’t either.

Is somewhere quick and fast Im going to clean on Piedmont as well they open up at 10 a.m. 10 p.m. Ive been known that for some time now Ive been pretty okay there are like a lot of traffic back and forth thats kind of uncomfortable but I heard theyre moving the location to a better location you guys should take it out is quick thats the way you have to be specially in the wash house anyways hope I can help someone to get their clothes washing after I ride around yall be blessed out there

Super impressed with their devotion to cleanliness: wiping down the machines and the chairs and sweeping the floor in the middle of the day.

Kind staff, you can buy single use pods and dryer sheets for change. Decently priced and functioning machines. All around good place to wash your clothes.

Very clean laundromat. Only thing is, the washer price changes if you change the load size, water temperature, or cycle type. Other than that, no problems. Also you can use coins, debt/credit card and Apple Pay.

I was at the SPLASH laundromat 9/23 between 830 and 945 am and I saw the manager who arrived in a white laundry truck come in without a MASK on —he saw some bags under one of the tables and began to yell at the Latina young lady who works there without a mask on. I CANNOT believe he had the nerve to come in and lay into her out over some clothes from the previous night yet he came in without a MASK ON possibly infecting everyone inside this place of business. When the manager was yelling at her he did it in front of the dryers and was in her face without a MASK. He held her accountable and Splash needs to hold him accountable for not wearing a mask or do you not recommend your workers to wear a mask and invective your customers.

Staff was friendly and the place seemed clean. They do not do dry cleaning and they do not iron anything. Clothes seemed clean when I picked them up and they were ready when they said they would be.

What a rip off... Here from out of town (nyc) cant believe how expensive it is. The tiny machine cost 3.25 extra for warm as opposed to cold water, extra per laundry soil level, I am always shocked when something is more expensive than nyc especially in atl. The large machines are $7.00!!!! Can you believe that?!?!

The owners/staff don’t wear masks, and there are no obvious signs to recommend mask wearing to patrons. Felt so incredibly unsafe and will absolutely never come back here again.

Been coming here a long time but today it seems things are on a decline at this location. The attendant was on a personal call for over an hour and seemed very unapproachable. She was speaking Spanish on this call and when I asked a question in English she almost acted like she didnt speak English and ignored me but kept going on with her personal call. Noticed several other customers having issue with her as well. Some of the machines are starting to be out of order or not take credit cards. Hope they can turn this place around soon and fix these issues.

I just stopped buy this place to hang up a banner however it looks like a relatively nice laundromat. Nice diner across the street. Didnt get a chance to see the price for washing and drying. Looks like they had a drop off spot with an attendant for maybe dropping off clothes

Laundromat is clean, well managed. Have the option to pay with coins and a special card. For a small fee the attendant will transfer your clothes from the washer to dryer or do it all including folding of clothes. However what I liked was the sink and paper napkins. I have always had trouble with getting detergent on my hands so being able to wash off (vs wiping on clothes) is a big plus. The attendant was very nice too.

This is a really clean and well run business. I met the gentleman who works in the evenings, Bilal. He was a very nice, hard working and kind person. He spoke to me and treated me in a manner that made me feel as if I was welcome in his business.I really love people therefore the respect and sincerity Bilal demonstrated towards me meant a lot.Thank You Bilal, for really caring

As far as laundry mats go, this place is not bad. The staff was friendly and its in a pretty good location, a diner across the parking lot and bars/restaurants in the immediate area. Prices are consistent with the area $4 to wash and $.25 per 5 minutes on the dryers. Opens at 8:30am, last load at 8:00pm closes at 9:30pm.

Clean. New washers and dryers. No coins needed. Machines set up to accept credit/debit cards (first time seeing that). Attendant constantly cleaning.Attendant noticed me fanning myself and asked if I was hot. SHE TURNED THE A/C UP FOR ME!

Grate Place Nice And Clean!

The reason I’m rating them a 4 instead of a 5 is that they nickel and dime you to death. Why would you charge me .25 to .50 for harm or hot water. I used my card and it held $5? I don’t carry cash most times so I had to wash my clothes in cold water. They definitely need to fix this problem or I willn’t wash my clothes here again.

I will never use the restroom here or wash clothes at this place ever again when you have to go to the restroom you have to go so the Lady at the front counter lets me go. I really had to go so after about 20 to 25 minutes im done and heading out all of a sudden. I hear a clicking sound then the lights In the mens room goes out meanwhile theres this loud knocking at the door now let me remind you. Im done and trying to get myself together here so I can head on out and all of sudden the lights cut out!! Wow!! now the lights are fine out there on the floor but folks. I literally had to crack the door open a bit just to see what I was doing in trying to get myself together, come to find out from a person that was washing clothes and had seen the lady at the front counter literally walk to the breaker box and turn out the lights in the mens restroom because she felt I took to long you dont cut off the lights you knock on the door to check up on me anything could have been wrong with me and you turn off the lights and then when emts or law enforcement finds me Im lifeless on the floor in the dark simply because you felt I wasnt doing my business wow!! Amazin, folks there are also little tiny peep hole in the doorknobs of both the mens and womens restrooms you can look right through. I covered up the hole because I felt unsafe while using the restroom beware do not use those restrooms in that wash room facility theres tiny holes in the doorknobs of both the mens and womens restrooms and the Lady at the front counter will turn the lights of on you from the breaker box if she feels your not doing your business in those restrooms. Ive never experienced anything like it before not even McDonalds,or Krogers will do such a thing and able to look at you through some peep hole this was much for me wow!!! and you can literally see right through those tiny holes while you are trying to do your business. I call this a peeing Toming never will. I ever go there again the lady at the front desk was nice but those bathrooms are not safe to use if you got staff members tuning of the bathroom lights from the breaker box and looking through tiny hole from your bathroom door knob not safe at all even customers can look in on you while your doing your business wow!!!! Thats not safe Never again. I was very upset by that I wont be coming back again. I will report this to the city of Atlanta soon. Thanks for reading.

Wow, I dont understand why people are bashing this place! The attendant was very helpful in explaining the machines to me. I live in Dahlonega and usually go there, but I have found this place to be less then half the cost over there! I really like this location. It isnt 100% spotless, but, this place is much cleaner then a lot of other locations!

My first experience here was pleasant. The second experience, not so much. I worked all day, ran to the gym and arrived around 7 to do laundry. Well apparently around 8 (An hour before they close) they want you out. I had one lady constantly sweeping around me. I even saw her come over to check the time remaining on my clothes around 8:15. Mind you, my clothes had already been in the dryer for around 20 minutes. I walked to my car to grab something and was asked whether I need a bag for my things. Mind I havent had any loud conversations, or anything that I would imagine would warrant the please leave treatment. I understand that we all get tired and are ready to get home but I want to leave as much as they do and it isnt 9. Its 30 minutes from 9. They even stood in the door to tell a customer arriving at 8:20 that they couldnt come in due to the unlikelihood of them finishing before 9. These people are serious about closing, but cmon, where is the customer service. Other people have had long days too. Just a word of warning, do not come here close to 9, or within an hour to 9. If you have to work and run errands, come here another day, because you will be treated like an unwanted guest. Hi

This place SUCKS!!!! They towed my car for being parked in their lot. Did I tell you I was there washing my clothes in their ridiculously expensive machines? Oh you didnt bother to ask your customers if they were driving the car you wanted to tow? Idiots. Do I mind waiting 30 minutes so that you can have the tow truck return my car? YES!! This place really SUCKS!!!!! Where is the customer service? Mind you I had to wait 3 minutes for the employee to finish their personal call so I can find out the employee towed my car. DONT COME HERE!

I’ll spare you the details of my 2 separate run-ins with the extremely rude night manager, by contrast to whom any of the rest of the staff (ANY staff, anywhere) is a model of helpfulness and courtesy, but the laundromat itself, if you have to use one, is pretty great. It is expensive, and the fact that using the hot water and/or heavily soiled settings costs more does rankle, but the place is relatively clean and the working to out-of-service ratio on the equipment is quite high. It gets busy and crowded, but not (as far as I have seen) obnoxiously so. I’ve pretty consistently been in and out (washing, drying, folding several loads) in an hour and a quarter tops. Without the night manager, the stars in my rating easily jump up to about a 4.5. Manage to avoid him, and you may actually prefer Splash to doing laundry at home.

I love it first time today and it is super clean it smells good well ordered 😃
