**Update as of 8-15** A co worker visited this datacenter and they have now installed crash carts and phones to call the NOC.They have no crash carts which seems really funny to me. Ive been to countless data centers and this is the first one Ive encountered that told me that they dont have crash carts. They have remote hands that they offer as a service but they are unable to connect a monitor to your server so its limited in that sense.Oh well lesson learned. Booking a trip to install an IP KVM.
