As nice as their customer service and employees are… it does not outweigh the fact that the internet connection itself IS AWFUL. I live in student apartments and work remotely. My devices will stay connected for a total of about 5 min and disconnect. I wouldn’t even try connecting multiple devices at one time as it would end in disaster and disappointment. My roommates and I were told the issue. However, the suggestion we got was to just keep note of when the disconnections happen. (The guy was very nice. Just didn’t give us working internet) Looks like I will be finding another location to do work outside of my home that Is reliable. Ridiculous.

I currently live at The Indy In Kennesaw Georgia as a student at KSU. Cover Networks has handled every situation with absolutely no concern to their customers and refuse to listen to complaints. When I first moved in I could barely stay connected to my schools websites which I MUST have to complete school work. Recently they “upgraded” our network and it has been the worst it’s ever been. I would pay money just to be able NOT to have them be my internet provider!

The internet service this company provides is extremely unreliable. My daughter attends KSU and lives in off-campus housing at The Indy, and has had to make multiple complaints to Cover. When she calls customer service, she gets scripted questions and answers with no solutions. Its very stressful to be a college student and have unreliable internet. We are placing complaints with both The Indy and Cover. Cover Networks is not prepared to provide service to a building full of college students.

Last year when I moved in, we were without internet for TWO MONTHS. The techs were incompetent when you could get them to come look at anything. This year, it seems to have gotten even worse. Every time I go to watch anything the wifi will not let it load. It kicks me off the wifi every 5 minutes. I think major improvements can be made to this wifi system because as students people need good quality wifi.

If I could give it negative stars I would. The internet is terrible! I’m currently staying at an apartment complex in Kennesaw, Ga and attending Kennesaw State University. I need Wi-Fi to attend online classes and do online assignments, but the network keeps turning off. It takes 10 tries to connect to the network for it to go out again in 5 minutes. Every student living in this complex is saying the same thing. This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of everyone in this building that needs network.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The WiFi constantly goes in and out and the employees seem to have no care for the situation. School has just started and the service went from bad to terrible. People at Indy are having to do all their work on campus in order to find a stable connection.

My building finally switched to Cover Networks and now the service is AMAZING!!! I rely on my internet strength to conduct quality video calls throughout the country and world. Thank Cover Networks for the great service, price, and tech support! I will find a way to keep these guys everywhere I go. Their technicians were great too!Highly Highly HIGHLY Recommend!!

We had an internet issue and called Cover Networks to help us resolve it. Not only did someone pick up the phone but we talked to a real life person who helped us get everything fixed. Their customer service was second to none and I appreciate the follow up call later (which they didnt have to do) to see if everything was still working properly. A + job guys keep it up.

A very efficient team of 2 came to our condo for the access point update today. They were in and out in no time, and were very well mannered with their masks. Gig speed and fast response from tech support is hard to beat.

Customer service is nice when I deal with them, but the internet service is horrible at the apartment when internet is provided. It may the the complex not obtain enough hardware or purchasing the right data plan for their residents but regardless, the internet service is not good. Internet is always timing out, dropping, resetting connections . This apartment complex is for university students who often take test online at home and the issues with the internet service has caused a lot of problems for students.

Greg literally flew from Georgia to Texas in order to help out my individual situation.. I honestly felt my problem was so small compared to what the company could be focusing on, but if you go through the right channels within the company the only thing that will fail you is simply lacking a little patience. Your voice is heard and kept up with when a problem arises.. And then you have someone like Greg from the technical team where aint no mountain too high or valley too low to provide great service. We find what we look for in life.. I gave cover network the opportunity to be there for me and they answered the call with flying colors. Thank you for helping me find such a supportive company and a team apt to the challenge. 5 stars 10 stars or 1 big ole star. Doesnt matter to me this company aspires greatness. Dont let your opinion of them be a reflection of your own negativity. 👊

This company is either complete joke or a scam I can’t tell. They provide the “WiFi” for my apartment building, but the truth is I don’t have WiFi. The network constantly shuts down throughout the day. When we actually have WiFi it barley works. The company has made absolutely no progress fixing the WiFi after a month of “working on it”. I DO NOT recommend anyone use this network. You would get better WiFi if you used a rock as your modem.

Im not a reviewer but felt compelled to take a second to thank the team at Cover Networks for excellent customer service. I appreciated not having to go through a robot recording and was able to get Internet installed the next day. The tech that installed my service was very professional and answered all of my questions. Internet has been better than any other provider Ive ever had. THANK you!

Awful company....they change their name when the reviews get bad. You will NEVER get what you pay for. If you’re a condo association looking to do business with them they are cheap for a reason.Look up their previous names. Gig South, Verus Connect....

Pleasantly surprised to have a technical support person in my residence the day after I reported an issue. It was an unfortunate issue I caused which resulted in a charge but even the charge was half the price of what Ive had to pay with other companies.

My building has had problems with our wifi since everyone moved in in August. It’s a building full of students and having problems with wifi going out while people are in an online class, taking quizzes and tests is very stressful. After 5 1/2 months of people calling and making complaints, we are still having problems. The wifi goes out weekly, for some people it’s every day.
