They do everything in their power to help you. They sent me somewhere. I got sick,went to hospital,came back and they threw everything away. My birth certificates both regular and live. As well as other stuff people need to survive. I dont blame them I blame the place. When I asked why they didnt call or email to just hold my stuff while I was being quarantined and examined. They did and said nothing. This the same shelter that told me they bought turkeys for Thanksgiving. We in shelter cant have contraband foods so who you all bought them for the faculty or your family? Also this was after they told me they ran out of Marta cards. I rather have transformation than a turkey

I worked here as a Chaplain Intern. The services provided to the community is definitely ministry and would recommend it to the community.

A most wonderful place to help the homeless Im new to Atlanta and I found out about Crossroads its been a blessing thank you! The staff at Crossroads are great people to know.

This ministry is truly committed to helping the needs of the community and for those who are homeless or temporarily displaced. They offer a variety of services for anyone trying to get back on their feet. I receive my mail there. The staff, volunteers and security are very nice and professional some of which have been working there for 20 plus years. Thanks 👍😊 to all of you. It was a pleasant experience struggled for a while to get my birth certificate and Id they helped out a lot now my next step is to pick up my Id from them soon

I for one do not recommend any type of ministries that doesnt help their community. Never experience a Rev that bluntly didnt care about you living situation base upon guidelines. Rev. Tony Johns should receive the Guinness record for denying my appeal, its like he didnt even care, for this I cannot see how anyone can support this ministry. Imagine you file everything for the rental assistance but denied due to your income from 5 months ago.. 5 MONTHS AGO The whole world was different! So Im punished because of it? Even showing eviction notice from missing one payment due to the the cares act ending... this is the world we live in now.. its about money and not QUALITY of life.. do not support a ministry that does support LIFE!! Well now, time to find a shelter thanks to their denial... i mean he didnt even give a referral program besides dial 211... UNACCEPTABLE!

This is truly one of Gods blessings put these charges in the face so they can dedicate themselves helping the homeless so they can have a second chance in life to give anything and everything that he needs to compass that goal if I havent been for the the staffs for all these churches dedicated of time and energy to see that we have everything that we need for a second chance for a better life and get off the streets business X-Men go to mister Claude who runs to crossroad food bank for over 30 years to tell him and got up every morning and make sure that he fed over a hundred some folks and make sure he never turned it on down into the last person one for the door and he gave and he gives his remarkable prayer to lift you up to keep you going I see that you you got out of trouble stay focused if it hasnt been from him and me going down there 3 days out the week maybe for listen to his speech Im not even sure if I ever wanted me to just forVictor Claude my name is Anthony Graham and I give you praise

I just love this place I love Dominique I love Paula and my new friend Danielle no matter if I leave Georgia and come back I could be gone for years and come back the love is still there the generosity is still there and the help is still there the compassion from the staff here is phenomenal I always leave out of this place feeling like I am an achiever I always leave out of this place feeling better than I did when I walked in around the area will look discouraging but I tell you I loved this place I love the resources all that the crossroads has to offer they are always generous and kind to my children

LARGE NUMBERS CROWDING ENTRANCE! I had a conversation with the director and I asked him how he was going to handle COVID-19. He said he would work with people one on one. This is going infect people the way TB spread thru the Pine Street Shelter. These nonprofits must be stopped! They are abusing the system to gain wealth, avoid taxes while endangering the life of everyone in the city. This is not helpful but actually damaging to our community and the people they believe they are serving! Kesha Lance Bottoms please help stop this! She did a wonderful job with the Grady curve bridge. Remember there was a mysterious illness there because of this type of congregation of people in unsanitary conditions. This cannot continue to be allowed and organizations that enable this should be regulated and held accountable!

This place helps people get the paperwork together to get their ID.

Helped me out tremendously. Got me back on my feet with all my vital records Free. And kept me fed while homeless.. Heavenly Father keep Blessing this place and the staff.

One of the best organizations serving the homeless and poor in Atlanta. They are the main organization providing photo ID help to homeless folks. Critical to getting any other help and employment/housing. I helped their board of directors create their 2017-2019 strategic plan. They are a committed and organized volunteer and staff team. I highly recommend them for volunteer and donation opportunities.

I specifically love Clydes kitchen. So many fed through the purest charity & the food is good.

I’ve been calling for 2 months now to check on status of birth certificates that were ordered 9-9/2019 no one is answering the phone I’ve left several messages. However even though it’s been a headache waiting when I initially went in everyone was very kind and wanted to help the minute I walked in they have great resources and really are just nice people in general in the future I plan on volunteering.

This is a great place if you need assistance or a trade

For those who are in need of assistance with birth certificate, state identification or a place to receive ur mail, this is the place if u r homeless. Bring a letter stating that u r. You will attend a orientation class the first week, what ever day you arrive, Monday- Friday. They take the first 10 people. Line forms at 7:45am.

Good place but so disorganized. If you need help there is no information on the website on how the process works. So you walk all the way there and they say intake is at 7:30 am. You come back at 7:30 and they then tell you only the first 10 people can go through orientation. Once you get past the unnecessary complications, they are helpful, conscientious, truly good people.What they should do is on the website tell homeless the procedure. ie dont bother coming until you go through orientation. When orientation is and what weekdays will not be open for holidays. Homeless people dont celebrate holidays so they dont realize which days will be closed. And maybe post the last 30 days orientation numbers. Did 15 people show up yesterday? More than likely those peole will return and too many to be seen again. Last Wednesday 4 people went through oriention? Show up on Wednesday

Good service is provided here for the homeless and for people needing resources.
