Very outstanding staff helped with ID and birth certificate! Let me receive my mail. My question last week my wallet was lost! Id n ssn n my bank card. Dds is gonna issue me another but i cannot untill my bank card is here... I have my work id n w2 tax forms. Could that be used to pick up my mail...

This place is great! I don’t even live in Georgia but they let me use their address, and even vote from that address! Best part is, I’ve been dead for 13 years! 5 stars.

My testimonial is that central outreach was there with a human touch and the public services I needed.When I did not even have my photo identification they gave me a voucher to get one.

Amazing leadership & staff. They help so many people overcome homelessness, find employment & housing. They truly care about their guests well-being.

They were very polite and extremely helpful they were also very kind helpful and courteous to all the homeless people that were there seeking assistance!

This outreach program is one of few that helps with ids birth certificate and ssc. They allow people to send official mail to the address. I utilized these benefits at one point and I am grateful for this program. Like every program there is a wait time

Get here early. No later than 730. The line will start to form. They have limited slots in which they are able to fill, when I went it was 15. They people there are extremely and surprisingly nice, you can see that they are truly there to help.

Best resource center I found in Atlanta. Truly helps the people of the community.

The poor & the homeless can find lots of help rt here but come early to stand in line. Be here by 7am M-F
