At a time when the Delta variant is completely out of control, and Georgia is experiencing a record number of deaths, this place decided it was the perfect time to make masks optional. Failure to comply with even the most basic CDC guidelines during a global pandemic is disappointing and irresponsible.I was a long time member, but this was the final straw for me, as I do not wish to jeopardize my health at what will almost certainly be a place that is a super-spreader of Covid-19.
I have been a client here for more than 2 years and I have been extremely impressed with the customer service, facilities and therapists. Shalae is an amazing masseuse and has worked on both my husband and myself. Scott is also phenomenal. Shannon is the assistant manager and she is amazing. Over the last 2 plus years, Shannon has genuinely helped me prioritize my self care. I feel at home when I walk in, even though I only come in about once a month. Also, they made an exception for my husband and I when we waited til last minute to schedule our massages so we could both get our massages together at the same time.
I had the massage, and the body scrub! Both girls were amazing, the spa is beautiful and clean, and I really enjoyed my visit. I am in the business, so I have pretty high standards, and I was thrilled.
I’ve been coming here for years every time I am in the Atlanta or Boston area. I love the place in Atlanta and the location is great. I’ve never had a problem with staff and the service was always relaxing. The fitness classes are challenging and good. Massages are wonderful. I do feel like it’s time for updates and remodeling because the place haven’t changed since the first time I came here. Overall I am still satisfied
Great massage, attentive staff, and a great steam room. Shannon, Roney, and Annisa were phenomenal.
Super clean and super friendly. The barre classes here are challenging and a great workout.
I honestly had one of the best spa days here. Ive been to a lot of nice spas (Ritz, four seasons, St. Regis, etc.), and this spa experience was at the top of my list. The receptionist at the counter was so nice and made sure to check in on me. The facilities were amazing, and despite not having a pool area, they have just about everything else (steam rooms, showers, comfy robes and slippers, a hammam room, a sauna, and even a little tea bar with a few signature hot teas). My massage was absolutely amazing. I felt so relaxed afterwards. My facial was also amazing, and the aesthetician took great care of my skin. I would definitely go back, and I will definitely recommend this place to others in the future! :)
What pandemic?! Beautiful getaway from the noise. Everyone from the guest advocates, therapists, technicians and instructors are super helpful. Although masks are required for everyones safety, so are robes😄
I showed up late for my yoga class today and missed it unfortunately butIm still rating the facility five stars. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming and showed me around the facility. There is a gym, cycling room, yoga and bar studio, a sauna and spa. All of the machines were clean and sanitized and the place smells like essential oil’s and is very relaxing. upon arriving they will take your temperature and insist that you wear a mask due to Covid which gives me peace of mind. One of the ladies at the front desk (I think her name was Jacqueline?) gave me a voucher to come back for another class since I missed this one! that was not necessary for her to do but it was very appreciated and great customer service!
My hunny and I Had a wonderful experience here my masseuse was Ms.Bridgette and she did a WONDERFUL job releasing all the tensions, knots in my muscles and stress I’ve had around my shoulder and head. Will definitely come back soon and I hope Ms.Bridgette will be my masseuse again next time! She was really sweet!
They have no parking for customers and no employee warned me that there was no parking available i had to pay a $75 dollar ticket for shopping in this place for less than 10 minutes. If youre gonna have a business the least you could do is make sure your customers are aware that they can be booted for parking in a lot thats near you.
If you are looking for relaxation this is not the place. The relaxation room has hard uncomfortable chairs and it’s not at all private. The people using the gym are constantly coming to get water and walking past. The only way you can get a glass of champagne is from room service. The services are not cheap, the facility should be a lot nicer. The slipper bin for my size was empty and the dirty towel basket overflowing. It has the feel of a high school locker room. We scheduled a 90 minute couples massage, no complaints regarding the therapists or the massage room. However, I recommend the 4 seasons over this hands down. The massage was good but not the best. Our overall experience at this property was mediocre compared to a Ritz or other “high end” properties. Don’t expect a nice restaurant if you are staying there either. The best part of our experience was the drivers. Matthew was amazing. Management needs to step up the spa game and other areas in my humble opinion. I never write ratings, I just felt like people should know before they plan a relaxing stay.
The classes are excellent and facilities are top notch. If you live in Atlanta, this is a great option if you are looking for unlimited classes; access to all spa facilities are included as part of the membership as well.
I went to Exhale for the first time because I received a gift certificate for a massage for my birthday. Aimee was amazing! I had a 60 minute fusion massage and she pin pointed areas where I hold stress and tailored my massage to my needs. The staff at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. Before my massage I drank tea, ate almonds and read a magazine. Afterwards I used the sauna and steam room. It was a wonderful afternoon.
Incredibly rude and dismissive staff. Would not recommend.
This place is amazing. Classes are very challenging and the locker rooms are clean and high end. The steam room and sauna are an added bonus. Go to Stephanie’s yoga classes and Julie’s barre class!
If I had lots of money, Id definitely be a member here. This is such a dreamy gym and spa. The facility is beautiful. Ive come for a few gym classes and the instructors are excellent. Great selection of classes offered frequently throughout the day. Their evening classes can book up (especially barre) so make sure to book online in advance. Oh, if only this place were more affordable! They validate parking in the Leows garage.
The best spa in Atlanta!! My aesthetician was Cynthia and she did an outstanding job! She took her time and explained what all of the different procedures entailed. You will not be disappointed coming here!
Had my first Exhale Spa experience compliments of my husband for my birthday a couple weeks back. He purchased me a Fusion Massage and Power Facial. The massage was quite possibly the BEST massage I have ever had with just the perfect amount of pressure! I also like that you are able to choose an aromatherapy oil to enhance your experience. Additionally you dont hear any background noise due to spacious rooms and a good mixture of music genres. I cannot wait to come back and try one of their massages or body therapies. I have been wanting to try cupping and they seem to be one of the few places in Atlanta to offer it.My facial was equally awesome, and I particularly liked how my aesthetician was very informative about what she was doing along with what products she was using based on my skin type. It felt extremely customized to my skin are needs. When I left my skin had a fantastic glow to it, and to my delight I even received a compliment from a stranger later that evening!I highly recommend Exhale, and cannot wait to come back and try some additional spa therapies, as well as, one of their barre or yoga classes!
OVERPRICED, UNDER PAR service! The people are extremely nice and welcoming, but if you are in NEED of spa services... my recommendation is to go elsewhere.I have yet to spend my own money with the company; I have a girlfriend who is a member and partakes of the fitness classes, who has bought me two, one hundred and fifty dollar gift cards. The first experience was a few years ago, but I was reminded of the poor service on January 5, 2019. The phone representative told me one time and emailed me a confirmation of a different time. I showed up about 30 minutes early and thats when they saw their mistake and I was given the services they had available. I used one gift card of $150 for the Luxe manicure and pedicure; the description was NOT WHAT I RECEIVED.However, the technician was pleasant. I dont know, I just think the service sucks.I am excited to get my manicure and pedicure that corrects this one/ this experience.
Went here for a massage with Kala, she was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The spa has nice amenities and is well kept.
I enjoyed a deep tissue massage at Exhale last week. The staff was great, the facilities nice and clean. The hamman was nice, and I wish I could have spent a little more time there. I definitely recommend this place!

The nail salon is highway robbery! I paid $150 to get a mani/pedi 👀 there were about 10 gel colors to pick from none of which matched the normal colors so I had to get gel on my toes to get gel on my hands....the message chairs were awful they only vibrate. The jets in the water didn’t work. The towels were so hot I thought I was going to have burns on my legs. The staff was super friendly, but I didn’t get offered any refreshments and paying $150 I would expect nothing less...do yourself a favor and save your money
Exhale is more than a relaxing spa and fitness club. Its a mini vacation away from home. I love the cozy exhale atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff and personal trainers, along with the tranquil locker and fitness class rooms. Reservations online through the Exhale Spa website can be made for any service offered.
I only give this place a 1 star because I couldnt rate it a 0. I drove 5 hours to Atlanta for Valentines day weekend with plans on getting a couples massage. The couple massages were all booked. I scheduled am appointment for me and my significant other. The therapist for him was running late they assured us they would get him serviced after getting a 40 min massage when I paid for an hour I was informed that they werent able to get him anyone to complete his service. The relaxing day that was planned turned out to be very stressful! It would have been good customer service to provide a different therapist to complete his service that was scheduled!!! There were several other massage therapist walking around the spa either of them could have completed the service we paid for! Oh yeah they gave us a refund n gift certificates to come back... Come back for what???!!! You to lay me on table massage me for 40 mins n pretend as if its an hours n send me on my way... NO THANK YOU! They actually had the balls to tell me that this was a stressful situation for their staff n the therapist who couldnt make it... Like are you absolutely serious???!!! Needless to say I am livid!!!!
I have been getting a massage for 20 years and I just had the best deep tissue massage I have ever had from Nneka. She listened to me during the consultation and my body during the massage. I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica for many years. When I left I was pain free. Ask for Nneka she is the best therapist they have!
Hands down, favorite spa in Atlanta. Arrive at least 30 minutes early so you have time for the steam room and a hot neck pillow in the waiting area before your spa service. They have cucumber-infused water, hot tea, and almonds near the spa door. Ask to check out the Hammam (co-Ed) after a massage or other body treatment but not after a facial! You don’t want to sweat off anything they put on your face! Shower area is always squeaky clean and they have amenities in each shower stall for you (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shave gel). Razors, shower caps, tampons, and towels are at the end of the row by the wall clock. Robes and spa sandals are at the end of the hallway in the locker rooms. For treatments, go with the Flow Massage vs. the Fusion. It’s a little bit more expensive but much more effective — like a deep tissue, but relaxing.Their Z Peel is my preferred facial. Your skin really glows afterward. I’ve also tried the Glow Body Scrub which is great to pair with a massage. My skin is baby soft after the scrub and they give you a brush to dry brush on your own at home as well. Good for lymphatic drainage - ask them to show you the right way to do this on your own (there is a right & wrong way to do it).I want to love their mani/pedis but this is one area where I don’t really want to go “green” with beauty products. I appreciate that their nail polish isn’t toxic but the color doesn’t last very long. :( For now, I’m sticking with my toxic Essie at my local nail salon.Check our their apparel and skin/body products before you leave. They’re often running a promo of some sort and have a well-curated selection.Parking logistics when you arrive: it’s a little tricky if it’s your first time there. Exhale is on the 7th floor of the Loew’s Hotel. There are a couple entrances to the parking garage. Park on P7 in a spot marked for “retail” (NOT reserved). Remember to bring your ticket with you— Exhale validates up to 3 hours. There’s a small lobby and elevator in the corner of P7. Take the elevator to the Lobby. Walk out of the elevator toward the hotel lobby. Turn right and take your next immediate right to another bay of elevators. Take one up to the 7th floor. You’ve arrived! When you leave, get your parking ticket validated and follow the directions above in reverse.
They are rigid and rude. Lots of staff turnover. Class schedule changes often with the good classes cancelled. Their timing is not practical with several 5pm classes. Really rigid about start time including being turned away once because I was 3 minutes late. Dont waste your time or money.
Dont waste your time or your money. Very poor experience with manicure and pedicure. Appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm when I arrived I was told that the technician was running 15 minutes late because the previous client ended up having gel nail polish that needed to be taken off I replied with absolutley no problem. I was then told it would be another 15 minutes. Once it hit 2:00pm I was able to begin soaking my feet and told it wouldnt be much longer. I soaked for 15 more minutes and it was then 45 minutes later than my original appointment time and no one was in sight. This is extremely frustrating when you are paying for ($95) and expecting a high end service and time is very limited. After waiting for 45 minutes and still not starting the manicure or pedicure I cancelled my appointment and left.
I love it here so much that I ended up buying the Spa Luxe membership and hands down its some of the best money Ive ever spent.Ive done many classes here, all excellent. I really enjoy Stephanies Chill Yoga class. Shes a wonderful instructor! As well, the barre classes are some of the hardest around town (in a good way! youre getting your moneys worth!)I LOVE the gym. I cant say this enough. Its unlike any other gym around town. The experience of going to the gym is no longer a grimy one where I have to slog around an overly-crowded, dirtyish gym with harsh lighting. No way. When I enter the gym Im actually excited to work out. Im happy to be there, from the calm of the spa music playing in the changing rooms to the quality of the fabulous machines which let me watch youtube videos and keep track of my personal stats each day.The spa itself is nice, too. Very relaxing and calming.Parking is validated for three hours. If youre looking for a place where you can be completely kind to your body and treat it to some healthy exercise and relaxation, youve found it. Exhale is the best.
Decent massage, until my husband’s wedding ring and phone were stolen from a LOCKED locker. The staff’s nonchalance about the whole situation was baffling.
Ive had better massages for better prices.
I stay in midtown and work out in the gym. The front desk has been trying to convince me to become a member for the last year. It wasnt until they gave me a gift certificate for a free massage. I WAS SOLD!! it was the best massage I ever had. Now im a Lux member and get a massage from Nneka every month. Nneka knows how to work the table and has hands of an angel. Dont be fooled by her size her deep tissue was amazing. Ask for Nneka she is the best.
The best massages I have had in Atlanta!! thank you Nneka
Beautiful spa-great classes! The total package!
Dont waste your time
Very good facial but also very expensive.
Best Barre classes
I LOVE EXHALE!
5 stat isn’t enough
