I’m currently working on an assignment at my dream job as a Certified Medical Coder and my recruiter, Jadde Barnes was extremely helpful in finding the right role and the right company for me; She is patient, knowledgeable and very assertive. In a matter of just a few weeks after initially applying to Prestige, she secured interviews with three employers on my behalf. The amount of hours to be completed before being eligible for a permanent role is shorter than the average staffing service, from my experience. Very disappointed with service, I have yet to be helped with employment. I had a personal interview with staff on 2/10. I was told that it may take two weeks to find placement for me and also giving instructions to apply to jobs online in the mean time. The two weeks have gone by, I have reached out to my recruiter and other staff members and have yet to receive a response. Im very disappointed seeing that this company has great reviews and recognition.

Much of the same as the other comments. I have intensive experience in Medical biller and revenue cycle and I have not heard from Prestige. Prestige is it true? I’m not hirable with Prestige because my skins is black?

My experience with this company was amazing. Catherine Crane hands down was the best recruiter that I ever worked with. She was very knowledgeable with healthcare recruiting for revenue cycle. The company does not make them like her anymore.

Working with Prestige was absolutely great! Hands down.. They are the best (and I’ve worked for several). I had the pleasure of working with Jadde.First and foremost, I loved how the company searched for positions relative to my healthcare degree. You will be surprised by how many temp agencies just send you random jobs that have nothing to do with your background or degree field.I went to a few different interviews with Prestige. I was always prepped before every single interview; I was never sent in blind.Communication was super easy and stress-free. My phone calls were ALWAYS answered and my emails were responded to very quickly. For anyone who has ever worked with a temp agency before, you know how important that is.I also loved how persistent Jadde was. She never gave up on me. Even when some interviews didn’t go so well; Jadde always encouraged me and reassured me that we would find something soon.She keep submitting my resume until I finally got an offer! After about 3 weeks working, I was hired with the company PERMANENTLY! Again, HANDS DOWN THEY ARE THE BEST. I literally have my dream job thanks to Prestige!

Matt Schelar connected me to a position that fit the bill for me exactly, and I couldnt be happier! I had spoken with a number of other recruiters, but part of what made the difference was that he took the time to ask about some technologies I lacked the confidence to list on my resume yet had some experience with nonetheless. As it turned out, these were the skills my company to-be was looking for.He got the ball rolling quickly and was very communicative and available. He was under the weather on my interview day or he would have been there to escort me to my interview, as seems to be standard practice for the company. Despite it being his day off he took the time to follow up with me immediately after the interview.I really appreciated the personal touch and will be referring any of my friends looking for similar IT positions to Prestige.

I had interview with Hollye. After the interview, she said she will contact me next week to let me know if I got the job or not. Next week came, no call. So I called her the week after & left a voicemail. I even email her, no answer. Its been going on month & half & I still havent heard from Hollye. Its very rude & unprofessional to not reach out to the client & let them know whats going on. I have been consistent & patiently waited for her to contact me back. I just dont understand how you have email & a voicemail but you dont used it. You had one job to do & you failed to accomplish that. Never again.

Prestige Staffing is a very unprofessional agency to say the least. I saw a job posting on Careerbuilder and the post said to contact Ashley Tucker. I called to speak to her only to find out she is an account manager. So I set up a phone screen with Jasmine Gary who seemed unprofessional from the start but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She scheduled me for 2:30 PM. 2:30 Pm came and went but no call from Ashley. I then spoke to some other so called recruiter only for her to tell me she would relay the message of Jasmines unprofessionalism. This lady had no tact and was very rude as well. I will never work for Prestige and would not suggest anyone else working for them.

I am a candidate in the Healthcare field, Ive yet to get a call back, speak with a live person.I have at least 2 decades of experience in the administration field; insurance billing, collection: Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance etc.Disappointed.
