I can only say good things about my experience with Pathfinders. I was looking for a job in late 2013, but not just any job. It had to be exactly the right thing. I can only say good things about my experience with the ladies at Pathfinders! I didnt know what to expect, and I was skeptical because of a fishy experience Id had with a different recruiting agency, but working with Romy at Pathfinders was so different, pleasant, and energizing. I had been working hard to market myself for a job but without much luck. Romy not only affirmed the skills I had to offer, but she already had some interviews with clients in mind for me.I was surprised when Romy called me less than a week later telling me that she was reconsidering the interviews shed been planning. My experience with Pathfinders was amazing! I worked with Romy and she was great! I usually dont do reviews but this is well deserved. Pathfinders was probably one of the best/easiest agencies to work with. I had been in the Atlanta area for about 21 days when I decided to contact Pathfinders. I spoke with Romy and she scheduled me for a meeting the next day. Pathfinders, Inc. is a great consulting company to work with. I was actually able to refer a friend who just moved to the Atlanta area to one of their consultants, and she met with her the next day. The consultant asked very intentional questions to find out exactly what my friends experience has been thus far. Coming from a property management background and always working weekends, it was important for my friend to be in a corporate environment with a normal working schedule. The consultant gauged her interest in several opportunities, and before she was sent on her first interview with a company, the consultant spent 45 minutes on the phone with her coaching her on everything she would need to know to have a successful interview. I came back to Pathfinders when I got an email from my recruiter Samantha Beare after visiting Pathfinders many years ago. In the years that had passed since my first visit to Pathfinders I had acquired tons of experience in an ever changing administrative role and had been working with the same company for five years. I met with Samantha and we immediately hit it off. She took the time to get to know me and asked questions about my dream job and what my ideal work environment would be. We spoke for a while and I left feeling confident that she got a feel for who I am personally and professionally and would be able to use all of that to match me with the perfect company and position.Over the next few weeks we discussed a few opportunities. With each job she would call and give me a list of job duties, the location of the office, a summary of benefits, and if there was room for growth with the company. All of the things that were important to me. If an interview didnt result from the position we discussed, Samantha gave me constructive feed back. She would be specific with me and say they are looking for someone with experience in A, B, or C or she would ask me how much experience do you have with A,B, or C and it became apparent that if I wasnt an ace at A,B, or C then this was not the job for me. I found this to impressive as a candidate but it speaks volumes if you are thinking of using Pathfinders to place someone with your company. As soon as she saw that I was not going to fit the bill she would stop and move on to find another candidate that was better suited. I started a new position last week with a company that has totally blown my employer expectations out of the water.
