It would be nice if the recruiters that emailed you followed up with their job prospects. They tell you about a job and thats it! You send multiple emails, no response. I call the number they provide in email, no response. Im going to have to look into another temp agency because of this.

I lost all of my small business clients at the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic last year. With no finances coming in from my business clients anymore was very stressful for me professionally, as well as, personally. I needed consistent income to support my family- and ASAP. I shouldve trusted the reviews on this place. I interviewed with this company in October and the recruiter had my hopes up with take promises to find me a position and even encouraged me to go to their website to find one. I have email like 5 different people including him with no response. Ive called to check on those emails to have no one answer the phone or voice mails not returned. They are very unprofessional. If you leave a message with an actual person the call will not be returned. I have tried to reach a Shelby Cauthe by email only to have my emails blocked so I cant send them. This is a highly unprofessional company that needs to be revamped on their current processes. If youre more concerned with commission than actually getting your clients a position then you need to be doing another job other than recruitment. Im sorry to say today I definitely lost hope in staffing companies .
