The ladies in the office were awesome. The guy who loaded me was pretty cool too. They got me loaded pretty quick which was nice!

Awful fulfillment center. They create labels, give false shipping dates, and then when you call them they give piss poor customer service and hang up on you. When I pay for overnight delivery I expect that service not excuses

Too slow unloading

Used to be a grest place to deliver to. But since the change they had its hell. My appointment was at 1 and I got here at 1250. Its now 245 and no 1 has even went to my trailer to start to unload. 😠😡🤬

Came for loading at 11:30, app was 12 .So first they moved app time to 1pm and at 4:10 they didn’t start loading me .

Overnight parking on the street and safe. Clean restroom. Nice people, fast unloading.

Terrible place been here once before both times were pick-up forgot to mark it as never again. Unorganized, unprofessional
