I am having difficulty even justifying one star for G&K Services. Our employees have had the worst experience with their uniforms. We have received back uniforms that were missing a sleeve where it had been ripped off during the cleaning cycle, pants that the bottom was ripped out, or a pants leg that was so badly ripped they could not be worn; and keep in mind, these damaged pants were not issued to our employees, they wouldnt have a name anywhere on them. We have even received uniforms for different companies and our guys had to wear them because their uniforms were not delivered. We have begged the G&K drivers to pick up garments that were damaged and need of repair week after week, then after calling customer service a sales rep would come pick them up. Some of our employees are down to one shirt and 3 pair of pants to last them a week because uniforms were not brought back. I know it must be difficult to keep up with so many uniforms that are for many customers, but when a call has to be made at least once a month for the same employee, it seems to me that G&K would go above and beyond to correct the situation. But instead.......here we are with a bad review from a very unsatisfied customer who will be taking their business elsewhere.
