I have a package stuck there for a week and not the first time. Unfortunately, many in the Atlanta labor pool are poorly educated with low work ethics and it shows up in the USP(lack of)Service.

This place is a joke. I had a license plate bracket in the mail. It’s currently July 2nd. My package hasn’t moved an inch from this distribution center for the last nine days.I call customer service. They don’t answer. Not only do they not answer. Not a single extension answers the phone. They need to be shut down or replaced by competent management.

Worst ever! Can someone say class action suit. If I could rate it a 0 I would. Package still hasnt arrived to its destination and it was sent 2 day priority. NEVER AGAIN! FedEx and UPS from now on. Maybe the local news can bring more awareness about this facility.

This place is horrible.I ordered something all the way from China.They got to Atlanta in five days. It has been sitting in Atlanta at this location for 3 weeks now. Keep in mind I live 30 minutes from this facility. I feel like all the people missing packages should all go up there one day and take there stuff because this is ridiculous. Now someone sent me a package and i see it is going through the same place ughhhh I am so upset usps needs to close this place maybe people need ban together and sue.

This place is something else sometimes my packages dont go through this place they go somewhere else and make it to me on time. The packages that do go to this center always sit for days Ive two packages sent from the same place on the same day one package for some reason didnt go through this place and made it to me in Aiken for Tampa FL in two days the other package that ended up here set there for 27 days. 27 days is no excitable when I pay $28 dollars for express shipping I want this place shut down or completely re staffed with people that know how to do the job there paid for.

They lost my package. The package was last time checked in ATLANTA GA NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER. it has been 2 weeks, there is no change. They never answer to phone calls. They are thieves.

This place doesnt deserve 1 star at all. Were on a dedicated mail route, and this place makes us late to our next stop every time. Been here since 11:15pm waiting to get unloaded. Its now 6am, and we still aint in a door. Once u get in a door, then you stand on the dock for an hour waiting for someone to unload you. They seriously need new management. Now I understand why my mail is always late. No wonder people use UPS, FEDEX, or Amazon now

Where is my package..? It arrived over a week ago at this facility. You aren’t even an hour and a half away from me? Did you lose my package? GIVE me some information.

I have nine packages that have been stuck at this facility for between 3-7 days. They all flew through processing at all other USPS facilities until they hit this black hole. Ive got 11 more on the way, and everytime when goes here, I know it will be weeks before I see it, if ever. I worked for USPS twenty years ago, and believe me that is unacceptable. We would have been chewed out for something like that.

Bought a 500 dollar gift for my girlfriend a MONTH before Christmas and i have yet to get it. Arrived at the location 2 days after purchasing and hasn’t moved since. No way i will be getting my package before new years. I cant tell you how badly i want to go up there and get it. I bought two other things that ran through the same facility yet got those two fine. Don’t know if i’ll ever be getting that package. Wish i could give it less than a one star.

Don’t make delivery over here! We are team drivers, made 750 miles straight! check in 9am Monday! Check out 6pm Tuesday! There was the line of 100 trucks! You know guys how December is important for team drivers!

Packages have been sitting for 4 days at this location. I’m told by the local post office is this is good. It’s absolutely unacceptable. Government at its finest!

I know a lot of people say this place is downright horrible for delaying packages, but I havent really had many issues with this place. Most of my packages have been in-and-out within 24 hours. However, I did once have a package that sat here for five whole days. Luckily it has since arrived.

This place is need some different peoples to managed. They keep telling they are very busy but nobody planned to do something today is Christmas 24 December probably i cant get home on time. Thanks lot USPS for Christmas presents. Hopefully someone on this facility will read this comment.

I had a packaged shipped on October 10, 2020 from Illinois to Augusta Ga and the package arrived at the Atlanta distribution center on October 13, 2020. The package is still there today on October 23, 2020. Only an update on October 17, 2020 say your package will be arriving later than what it suppose to be. That’s my grand baby package and she want it NOW 🤬🤬 There is no freaking way this package should be taking this darn long!! You call and can’t get nobody or the voicemail is freaking full. Get it together damn it!!

This seems to be a black hole for mail. Even priority tracked packages get lost here. All tracking ceases once a package arrives here. They never scan things leaving the facility or arriving to the next facility or out for delivery. If youre lucky, the package will mysteriously arrive to you someday. Shameful.

I ordered two day priority mail from Massachusetts on Wednesday Dec 23rd. It got to this location on the 25th and its now the 28th and hasnt moved! Its been sitting in one location for 3 damn days! Hundreds and Hundreds of people have complained about this place for years but they never do anything

From all the other reviews this place is obviously beyond terrible!!! I guess just like everyone else my package made it there and is stuck. All management at this location needs to be fired ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!! It makes you give at least one star or I would not have even given them that!!

Had a package come through this sorting facility and instead of making its way to Walton County, it was sent to Pennsylvania. It seems like this is a reoccurring issue for this facility.

I ordered a package on 11/30 and it was stuck in New York in customs for 7 days and finally made it to the Atlanta distribution center on 12/14. I ordered it for a party that was happening on 12/14 in the evening so I called and tried to see if I could pick up the package from the distribution center instead of waiting however long for it to arrive at the final destination. I called once and got no answer, found another number online and called and got through to someone. She checked to be sure the person I needed to speak with was available and transferred me, but once I was transferred the phone rang once and was then sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail but know I will never get a call back. THEN I called the first number one more time just in case and someone did answer! But she was the rudest person Ive ever spoken with on the phone. I asked my question and she then attempted to lecture me about how its ridiculous that I even asked and that this location isnt where you buy stamps and pick up mail. Fair enough, now I know, but there is no reason to make customers feel like they asked a dumb question. Worst customer service ever, but honestly why are any of us surprised? The postal service has terrible customer service no matter where you are or what you need. And on top of all of that I still wont have my package in time for when I needed it despite ordering it two whole weeks in advance.

Ive had 3 different packages that were sent from Woodstock, Ga to Lawrenceville, Ga and all of them had to be processed through this center, 3 out of 3 packages sat here for MORE THAN A WEEK and i had to filed a reseach case to get them out of there. I wish theres a way to report them straight to USPS rather than just writing reviews and hope for a change

I had made a purchase on Mercari. I should have received my package today by 8pm. Well it is 8pm at moment of writing. Still stuck at this location.

3 packages went through here one delivered 8 days after expected delivery date other two lost both worth over $600 I’ve filled claim after claim and a missing mail report still no one can tell me where my packages are ! Fedex will now get my money I don’t have time to keep refunding customers when you guys decide to lose my merchandise! Awful place.UPDATE: luckily two out of the three packages randomly found there way to my customers door without any scans in between just appeared one day saying “DELIVERED” waiting for my last package to be delivered it’s been 2 months now way past the 30 day period and I’ve filled all types of complaints with no updates at all I wish that this facility did things a little bit better it’s costing you guys nothing and costing us lots of money for these lost/stolen items.

DONT DO THE MAIL RUNS HERE. THEY GIVE 8 STOPS AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A DOOR. YOU WILL END UP BEHIND AND THEY DO THEIR BEST NOT TO GIVE YOU A LATE SLIP, SIGN THE BOOK AND GET A LATE SLIP. UPS AND FEDEX DO HOLIDAY RUNS TOO WITH LESS DRAMA. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Awful experience. I was just transferred in my call about 7 times. I have been waiting for my package for ages and it has been sitting here. Everything seemed fine the package was going quickly but once it got here it just stopped.

I understand USPS Postal Division do not receive Federal assistance but that is a huge waste of tax dollars, cost, and time on misdirected shipment and deliveries. If you ever order anything and it reaches this location, go ahead and assume it’ll either be late or won’t arrive. The incompetence in this facility must reach Chernobyl levels. The government really will hire anybody and clearly there are no performance standards or this facility would not be in operation.

Worst ever. A gift promptly shipped from Roswell GA on Jan. 2nd was moving very fast and set to be delivered in Griffin GA on Jan. 3rd according to first USPS update, THEN activity in tracking history STOPPED. The package is SITTING at this Atlanta facility for the 5th day now sending me daily duplicate updates that Your packsge will arrive later than expected but still on its way!!! That its in transit to next facility!!! That is a LIE! and Why is this happening when it was traveling a VERY minimal short distance?

My package is late yet againUgh, I hate this distribution center. I live in Chattanooga, but whenever my packages goes through this center, it gets lost or is delayed.Also, they still have not found a package lost by them in July of 2018... over 5 months ago!

My package arrived there 1/4/19. It then disappeared. I have filed all known requests with very little response and still no package.

This is the second package missing in 4 months. And they get mad when you ask what happened to them. I have a receipt showing they still have it, 2 weeks later .

I mailed a box last year with insurance and of course it disappeared from this location (a bunch of thieves) and the st. louis branch did not reimburse me because they condone their in house thieves. Why have insurance when they do not honor the transaction. I will never ever use the postal thieves to mail anything else! And their workers have the nerve to go postal when they are the thieves!

This is an Employee Credit Union i.e. Atlanta Postal CREDIT UNION (APCU) and is a great place to do your banking with if you work for the USPS. They only have two branches here at the NDC (National Distribution Center) and at the Main Post Office on Crown Rd.

Dont confuse the Atlanta Postal Credit Union (APCU) with the Distribution Center. The APCU is inside the Distribution Center.

Workers on night shift in office are very rude, and the shift is very unorganized.

I moved to Georgia about a year ago, and never have I ever in any other state I lived in have had delayed packages. In the last 2 months, Ive had about a dozen delayed packages. Looking at tracking they often go from ATL Distribution and sit there for a day to go to Peachtree and stay there for a day to yet again go to ATL Distribution back to Peachtree. Now, Im in Augusta, so theres no reason for it to keep bouncing back and forth. How bad is the USPS in this state that they cant send packages properly but every other state Ive lived in can? Want to really hear horror stories? There are websites with entire sections devoted to talking about how bad their service is. Horrible horrible service. Use UPS instead, Hell, go DHL over them..

Fast delivery. I got called that My package got to the warehouse at around 3 this morning and maybe an hour later I got a text saying that it had left the warehouse and it is now in my mailbox.

I ship 30+ orders daily for business and I am constantly finding that packages sit for a long time in this facility and customers are not happy! I have received a few nasty reviews specifically because this facility delays my customers items. I am also now noticing that incoming packages are constantly arriving late due to this place.

This is where packages go to get delayed. Half the time packages that pass through here go into delayed status. Not sure whats going on down there, but they need to get it together.

Terrible center. Had a package picked up and it sat in the warehouse waiting to get scanned in for a full 24 hours. Then it gets scanned in and is left there for now up to 48 hours hours. My package was supposed to arrive here on the 5th but now expected for the 10th. Get your lazy asses in gear and start pushing some packages.

This is perhaps the worst service i have Ever received my package left from their possession a work week ago and when i call To find it they tell me the tracking i have Is incorrect when if it was why would they allow it to leave their facility ? I live Less than 2 hours away from the center and yet it has taken a work week for my package to still not be in my possession it’s unprofessional and ridiculous that they allow things to go thru their network and be unable to help and locate said packages

I sent a package to my grandchildren for Christmas that live in Stone Mountain, Georgia. It was suposed to be delivered on Dec. 24. It has been at this distribution center since Dec. 23. It still has not been delivered. This in Jan. 14. This a a very, very, sorry excuse for a distribution center. My package was insured, I can get the insurance until in has been undelivered for 30 days. If that jappens, I will also be filing a law suit against this distribution center. Because of them, my grandchildren have not received their Christmas gifts. Maybe Atlanta needs to get some preschoolers to distribute their packages. Im sure they would get their sooner. If my package arrived there, and, has not been delivered, either someone that workstheir stole it, or, no one is working there, they are just getting paid for nothing, and the packages are just sitting there.

My package has been sitting at this facility since Dec 14, 2015. It was scheduled to be delivered by Dec 17th but it still just sits there. It has been in their possession for 8 days now and I cant find anyone that can give me answers. Its almost Christmas and I guess that gift will not be here in time to go under the tree.
