Best barber shop on the west side

The barber on the first chair once you entered on 4/11/2019 did not listen to one word that was explained to him. He was told: My son has Alopecia, he has bold spots in the back of his head. Cut just a little on top with scissors. Trim the sides. He started in the back, took a big chunk of, exposing all his bold spots. He took of all his curls, more than half, that was on top. My son is sad and upset. Im beyond upset.

They do such a great job. I do have my favorite barber there but it was busy and i let two of my kids use another barber and they loved the cut. I did too! You have to try this place youll love them.

I don’t know how anyone else has had a positive experience. Maybe I came at a time when they just was in that tired of customers phase when it’s getting close to closing time although I was a hour and some change much earlier to the time of closing. Anyways, I digress, I still however gave a tip because I believe in black people and want to see us all make it together and if anything I do or can give I will. I’ll give in-spite of the lack of good customer service I received, which is a common thing here in Atlanta especially amongst the black community but I rather receive service from my people anyday though don’t get me wrong. Black people need to learn to love and trust one another again. I hope this review serves as the way it is intended to serve which is a love for my people but here’s what you can work on type of message. I won’t publicly humiliate you all concerning the lack of good customer service I received because that’s lame but I sure hope you all are listening and can do better.

One of ATLs best kept secretEach barber although shop is small they get you in and out...I greatly appreciate the professional dress look. But greatly appreciate their monthly community involvement.
