Obviously as a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns, and he addressed and guided me through all of them until I found the perfect car for me. He gave me a variety of options to choose from; from SUVs to sedans until we both agreed on the right fit for me. I went with both of my parents who speak Spanish and Saint was able to communicate all details about the cars, and purchase to them both, which we greatly appreciated. Fantastic customer service! I work at a hospital and when I got out of work last Friday I had an almost flat tire. I was able to make it home. I called my dealership (not Toyota) and I had to leave a message. My message was returned the next day around noon. I took my Camry in yesterday for 20k miles service. The service advisor Alex was super quick and helpful. The crew was fast and got me in and out in less than an hour. They also put my car through the car wash and got it nice and clean. 10/10 will go every time for service.

This was my first time dealing with services directly with a dealership and it went exactly how I didnt imagine it going in the best way possible. You hear the horror stories of the pricing and the service time of dealerships and their services, but they are definitely worth it. My advisor for the day (and for sure the near future) was Lauren and she went above and beyond with taking care of everything I needed rather than wanted. She had some solid recommendations with specific reasoning and I felt comfortable following those reasonings. Had some minor delays due to mechanical issues, but definitely got everything in working order and kept me updated every step of the way. Definitely an experience, but a good one for the first go round.

This was my first experience with the service department at Hendrick Toyota and I’m extremely satisfied.I was amazed at the equipment that they have at the garage entrance that evaluates your alignment instantly without touching your car as you drive through the garage entrance. I knew that my car was handling terribly (Atlanta pot holes) but I didn’t realize it was that bad until I saw the evaluation on the computer.Service advisor Kevin was very friendly, spent a lot of time explaining the issues that I thought I was having with my car, and even walked me back to the mechanic to talk directly to him while he was still inspecting my car. The mechanic was thorough and extremely honest with me. I ended up not needing the repairs that I had expected at this appointment, which saved me so much money.I will be returning to this dealer for service on both of my Toyota’s. I’m very satisfied and comfortable with them. I came in on a Saturday morning for a recall on my 4Runner. The technician that worked on it did not do their job properly which resulted in me having to bring the car back on Monday morning. However, my advisor, Alex Davidovici, was excellent throughout the entire process, and even greeted me by my name when I first arrived on Saturday. He ensured me that everything would be taken care of and even had the car delivered back to my home. Unfortunately, I will not be back. The system that this Toyota store uses is outdated. I went to get a sensor fixed and paperwork was put in front of me to sign and didnt let me know on the last page that my left tire was in red that the tread depth was low. The sales rep kept calling me Victoria. That is not my name and then he stated he gave me all these discounts...there were no discounts on the bill. That is the second time that happened to me at this location. My work number has never been updated although I have given them my cell number. That work number is from 15 years ago. Unreal.

There’s a reason I will drive an hour + both ways from Gwinnett county to the Sandy Springs location. John Green, Lauren Clifton and Kenny ? in the service department are the best. My oil change/ recall part replacement was projected to take over 3 hours. Rather than waiting and having to drive back up the following day for the replacement part to come in, John quickly tracked down a loaner car for me to take home and had my car ready by the weekend. Always exceptional service!

Got a very nice automobile from this dealership. The staff that sign you in and follow up were very nice. The process started with Grant and 4 hours later continued with a very nice gentleman from Eufala, AL. But the process was very tiring and by the time I met with the Finance guy, I was exhausted and when it was time to get the car I didn’t know if I was alertEnough to drive home.I like the car and Grant did call back to see if Ihad any questions and has been helpful answering my questions. I brought my vehicle in for service because the head unit went out. The screen was blank with no radio no other controls displayed. John went way above and beyond in keeping me informed and helping me to get my vehicle repaired at a minimum cost to my absolute satisfaction.
