They immediately and correctly diagnosed and fixed a very frustrating issue with my Tacomas suspension that other garages had been unable to solve. I couldnt be happier. I brought my car in after a bad experience with a so called shade tree mechanic who started a job and disappeared. After tapping into my neighborhood for referrals, overwhelming Roger Jordan Garage was the place for the job. I was sad and anxious if my car could be fixed because I was having an electrical or computer issue, and the previous person who worked on the car vanished which was preventing me from getting through emissions. Neil the owner diagnosed and obtained necessary materials for my car and fixed the issue in no time and was able to pass emissions, he even fixed my A/C in the process of which was a surprise for me when I got my car back. He was so communicative to me on every step of fixing my car as well as providing advice on other matters for my car. All the work he did, and I didnt have to break the bank. I just wished I had come to him early after wasting resources prior to coming to him. I truly value the service because it is so hard and a risk finding hardworking, honest mechanics. I continue to bring my vehicles here even though I now live about a half hour away because they do great work and are incredibly honest. Most years I simply bring our vehicles in for an annual trip check and have never once been pressured into doing more repairs than I felt necessary. In fact, my wife is always asking them if there is more they should be doing and they typically answer its in great shape, you dont need to do anything more. Try that at most mechanics and see what response you get. Just honest folks. Ive had dealership quote me $2k for a repair that these guys did for $200. A bit busy, but absolutely worth it.

An auto repair shop I completely trust! They only fix what needs fixing and have a great rep so its no wonder theyre ALWAYS busy. Plan to leave your car for a day or so, but theyre worth it! M-F only.

They seem to look confused and unorganized here. The supposedly do emission tests but had weird times that are not posted anywhere. This seemed rushed when I got there and looked confused when I asked them about getting the mission test done. They must be struggling with staffing or something.

Great experience with these guys! My coolant hose was leaking and I had to hit the road to Augusta late afternoon around 4:30/5pm. Dropped my car off @ 8:30am when they opened. They called me to chat about the issues, said theyd bust it to get it done so I could get on the road later that day. They got the hose replaced, along with a much needed road trip ready inspection and service and I got my car back by 3:30pm. Thanks so much for the awesome service and help!

Great find! Had my car towed to the closest place to my new apartment... and boy did I luck out! Had a new alternator installed on the same day that I left my car there, and at a reasonable price! They dont hide their labor charges and are very up-front about pricing; extra points for staying late to make sure I was able to pick my vehicle up on the same day as well! Got our Brakes done there about seven months ago and very pleased with the performance. We live nearby so we thought we give them a try and glad we did.

Took my car in because my turn signal wasnt working. Dropped it off around 10am. They said they would try to get to it but werent sure. Called at 4:30 and they said they didnt get to it and were apologetic, said I could pick it up and I wouldnt lose my place in line if I dropped it off the next day. When I got there they were working on it and fixed it after ~10 minutes. I liked that they were realistic about expectations and changed the plan once they realized it could be done fast. Shows great customer service, in my opinion. It was busy when I dropped it off and when I picked it up so be realistic in your expectations; if you are in a rush this is not the place.

Called in advance and was told to bring car the next day. Was the first one there, and left car for the day. When I had not heard from them by 4 pm, I called and was told they did not get to it b/c there were 17 cars ahead of me that they didnt get to from the day before. I asked why they didnt tell me that when I called ahead or when I dropped it off. Response was sorry. Went to pick it up and was told only sorry again. No problem for them! I had to get a ride to and from there, be 45 min late for work, and will now have to do that again somewhere else. But they have more work than they can handle, so what difference does it make how difficult it is for someone to arrange to leave their car and get to work, etc? Im just saying, all you have to do is say, we dont have time for you today. Nobody likes being lied to.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.I took my car to an authorized dealership because my wipers were acting up and they wanted to charge me $134.99 just to look at it! Found Roger Jordan Garage on Google and they were the highest rated around. After my visit, I can see why. Even though they were busy, Niel took time out of his day to take a quick look and within 5 minutes had the problem fixed. All he asked for was a handshake and a smile. I know this place has gotten rave review so far, that is why I chose to take my car for a service. But I have to say I had a disappointing experience and here is what happened.I have a 1997 Lexus that failed to pass the inspection. I took it over and showed them the inspection sheet. I notified them that I would be out of country for 2 weeks and please let me know ASAP what needed to be done or otherwise we have to communicate over the emails.approximately 4 days later, I got an email from Neal who gave me an estimate about $450ish which I agreed. Then a day later a new estimate was emailed for $950ish because the suspension needs to be done. I agreed again. By the time I got home and went over to pick up the car, I asked if I should take my car to another inspection site to repeat the inspection I was told it has been taken care of because they do inspection as well. I was a little bit suspicious but then I thought what the hell, it is done. I asked how long the warranty is and I was told 3 months including labor and parts.2 months after the repair, the check engine light was on and since it was within the warranty I took it back. I was greeted by Dan V Jordan and Charles. I asked them how the car passed the inspection. Charles said this car has a lot of problems and they fixed a few things ( not sure how many they fixed) and THERE IS A VERY SHORT WINDOW YOU CAN DRIVE a few cycles and you retest again. This is how it passed. I pointed out the check engine light again and they said this has nothing to do with their repair. And of course I asked if I take this car for another inspection NOW it wont pass. They agreed and insist it was that very short window that they are able to pass the inspection but they have no guarantee that it will pass next year or even within 3 years. Or they even did not tell me how the car actually passed the inspection because they RUN their own inspection station. Basically I spent over $400 to just pass a years inspection, or for GODs sake who knows how it passed. Then Charles started to comment how poorly the car was maintained and such. My point is if they know this car wont be able to pass next inspection without spending another $400-500 every year, which they most likely know already, why could not they be frank and even going down the road to fix the suspension for another $500. I spent almost 1K for a recurrent problem that did not even last for 3 months. Apparently when I brought up this issue they become testy and comment there is no guarantee the inspection issue will not recur and so soon. I was literally blown away standing there while I heard this. I am not even talking about 1 year, I am talking about 3 month. They only guarantee a SHORT WINDOWN (NOT SURE WHAT THAT MEANS) AND A DRIVING CYCLE so that the car can pass inspection. Mr. Dan Jordan was quite argumentative when I Brought up the guarantee issue and he said he has to talk to his service manager on 5/6 and will get back to me. But as of now I have yet heard anything from the shop. I dont expect he will get back to me at all.All things considered, I am honestly disappointed by the service (short lived and no guarantee) and post repair customer service. For the future reference I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE I TAKE THE CAR TO THE SHOP FOR SERVICE. Or DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK!!!P. S. -- if you scroll all the way down to the bottom of review, Neil Jordan, one member of the garage, gave 5 star to the service of the garage. Isnt this kind of cheat, or what? And to this day, 2 weeks after my complaint, I have yet received the response from either Charles or Dan V Jordans reply for my request. But to be honest, I dont expect they will neither.

Called about my Town Car after its 4.6L Ford V8 ejected a spark plug. Their mechanic knew the problem, had the special rethreading tool, gave a labor-only estimate I knew was spot on for a straightforward repair, and offered a one-day lead time. I had the car to them overnight and they were finished by 5pm. Price was very reasonable and they are at the top of my list for any future repairs.

Got my whip back in ship shape condition. Reasonably priced and personal staff.

Hands down the best garage ITP. Honest, reliable and most importantly, they stand behind their work. I had them change out my timing belt and water pump. Well, a week later my spark plug ejected (not their fault, old car) and they put in a helicoil for cost of materials only. Theyre walking distance from Inman Park or Edgewood MARTA stations (almost equally so). I take my car there for every repair I cant handle myself. Oh, and lets not forget that on more than one occasion their final cost was less than the estimate!

I thought I had an electrical problem with my break light as the bulb still worked as a tail light. Im not an electrician or a mechanic--i wait tables so simple car repairs can sometimes be significant expenses for me. ive had bad luck at several places around town, and as always i had to trust the integrity, intelligence, and common sense of the mechanic. i brought my car in first thing in the morning, preparing for a $100-$200 problem that might take all weekend.roger jordan garage called me within two hours to let me know that it was, in fact, just the bulb even though id previously been certain that it was worse than that. theyd only replaced the bulb and didnt charge me for the labor! other places ive taken my business have charged large fees just to walk in the door, or not valued my time and money, or have simply been unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. not so with roger jordan. i will certainly be doing business with them again and would recommend them to anyone who asked.
