Saved our vacation! We brought our truck in as we passed through on vacation with no heater. The staff got us in right away and had it repaired by the end of the day. Also let me know about some bad breaks. Great service! Cannot reccomend highly enough. If we are back in town, well come by again.

I have no experience with the auto repair shop. However, AND unfortunately, I didnt have the best of experience with its onsight Uhaul distributorship. Quite the frustrating ordeal.😒

Called and got a quote and when I came in the price was higher cuz I had a jaguar, not cuz the work was hard, also was rude and over charge, im not from GA what happen to Southern hospitality....? Mechanic was knowledgeable, he also worked fast

Qouted me one price on the phone then when I arrived it was a whole $400 dollar difference. Went and got the same work done down the street for a $150. I know times are hard but man smh

Staff was great although they are always busy. The service is outstanding. They seemed to know each customer or at least made you feel that way.

They charge me nearly $400 for a battery they got from Autozone and charge me almost $100 for shop supplies.

I came here in April and got my catalytic converter fixed very reasonable prices. I heard a lot of bad things about this shop but it is never wise to judge a company on others words.. This is an excellent place to take your vehicle. The staff is professional and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. You can have cookies or pastries from Panera Bread while you wait on your vehicle. This is my new auto body shop.

My car has been in the place for 10 days now. Still no concrete answer from the shop about when will I get my car. From oil change to over $1000 of expenses still no car. Not even a phone call. It would have been better if they had told me, Sir we dont work on your type of car. Worst place to go. They will make you spend money and the vehicle will never be the same. Waiting patiently its 17:05 .....Rip off....

Took my car to them, they misdiagnosed everything and was totally dishonest in their practices. The front desk lady is a fast talker who will try to come up with reasons for their failures. The owner loves to boast about it being a woman ran company however her practices are just as underhanded as any Male owned shop so don’t fall for the pitty party. The team is totally incompetent and dishonest. One tech took wet spark plugs out of the car and replaced them with new ones, without fixing the leak and charged me $300, then tried to send me on my way with the car running worse than it did before I came to them. when i complained to the owner she had no choice but to admit their failure and falsely offered to fix the real issue and offer a discount. When I came to pick up the car again after a week, they lied and said they fixed the issue and that everyone test drive it and then charged me $700, I was so shocked (with the fake discount) when I got to the car, it ran the exact same way! No change at all!!!! The check engine light came on a mile away from the shop. The technicians there are more than likely not certified to work on cars. They will cheat you out of your money and take forever playing with you car costing you more money,,, so please don’t go waisting your money there. The front desk lady likes to appear that she knows things but honestly knows nothing about cars, her excuses for their failures are so offensive but she’ll try to make you feel sorry for her by taking your complaints about her and the money you’ve waisted with the company as if it “offends” her. Don’t fall for it, it’s a ploy to get your money and make you feel sorry for her. I’ve spent over $800 with them and they have not fixed anything I came in for. And they feel no remorse about it. This place is a legitimate scam. You’re better off taking your car to the dealership.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If you need major work done on your vehicle this is NOT the place to have your car serviced. The owner/manager although pleasant and I believe to be genuine unfortunately have a staff of what I can only describe as shade tree mechanics. My car was not diagnosed properly to start and after three days of waiting for a parts vendor who is also unreliable, my car was worse than when I brought it in. When the real problem was found I was expected to pay a portion of those repairs. In short had I taken my car to the dealer for the issue I was having the total would have come to around $400, however with this shop I was expected to pay $800. I dont usually pay attention to google reviews but one reviewer call Grand Auto Center a rip off and I would have to agree. My only advice is if you do have work done there DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU PAY!!!
