This company is very unprofessional. I rented the 40 seats party bus for my dream wedding, on the wedding day they disappointed us by sending a broken but without calling to explain on the day before or on the wedding day. They sell you good and deliver you the worst. Be careful 419.

The driver of the bus removes the trash and puts in the Kroger Shopping cart. What a slob, this gives all professional drivers a bad reputation. The Kroger was off I-40 in West Memphis,Arkansas. After reading other reviews of sanitation, this company has a problem. It seam it’s has a cleanliness problem. In this day and age it extremely important for cleanliness and this company is not following any protocol and sanitation standards.

MTI provided a wonderful party bus for our daughters 18th birthday party. The bus was exactly what was promised, driver was extremely professional and on time, and the trip was flawless. We had been ripped off by a prior booking from an unscrupulous transportation company and MTI saved the day. MTI made a wonderful occasion fabulous.

Horrible company do not use them!!!! Our terrible limo driver never showed up for our wedding send off and had us in a panic!!!! Never answered the phone after we called hundreds of times!!!! We called the company and the manager and no one called us back. No explanation or apology!!! The driver needs to be fired. Do not use this company as they cannot be depended on and don’t care about you!!!! Save yourself from panic and stress and never use this company especially on your wedding day!! You could risk them ruining your day as they did for us and they don’t even care to call you back. Terrible!!! Don’t even deserve one star.

Never have I ever experienced service like that of 7/17/21! I drove from Alabama to Georgia to participate in my sister’s birthday festivities. My husband and I waited in the hotel lobby with several other guests for the bus to pick us up at the 7pm departure time to Lake Lanier for a boat ride. The bus FINALLY arrived at 7:43, with a driver that appeared clueless about his assignment. He was supposed to provide shuttle service to three hotels, one of which he missed, and had to double back to get. The ride was problematic from the start, with the driver hitting curbs as he attempted to maneuver from one hotel to the next. The ride took much longer than it should have, because the driver had no clue where he was going. At the conclusion of the boat ride, around 12 am, the guests ran in the rain to make it to the bus, only to find out that the driver had locked himself out. Apparently, he got off the bus to use the restroom and somehow the door closed behind him. When questioned as to why he didn’t use the restroom on the bus, he stated that he didn’t like to use that one. This is the same restroom that your guests are expected to use. Why is it not good enough for the driver? We were forced to stand in the rain for hours waiting on someone to come and assist him, because neither Uber nor Lyft were available in that area at that time of morning. The fire department came and eventually broke out the window, but the bus was still inoperable. By 3 am, my husband paid one of the boat operators $100 just to take us back to our hotel. By that time we were drenched. My hair was messed up and my shoes were damaged from the hours that we spent standing in the pouring rain. There were no expressions of remorse nor a sincere apology from the driver. I will NEVER ride in ANY vehicle provided by the company nor will I use their service or recommend them to anyone.

Stevan was great! Very attentive! He actually cared about what I wanted, and went out of his way to accommodate me. They have a great affordable prices that meet every event and occasion.

My daughter school used this business to go on a college tour. My only problem, they were instructed not to poop on bus. Now, that’sa naturally body function. When people rent coach, it’s for the comfort, long drives and the convenience to use the bathroom that’s provided. Don’t know the lady name but she was red haired and short. I think it’s laziness, I guess the driver not wanting to clean or dispose of waste after each trip. Reading from other reviews, she have a few more reviews on here. It was some other little things I care not to mention.

The bus experience was disastrous from start to finish. They showed up late because one driver locked her keys in the bus which subsequently made it run out of gas. They had to break a window to get in.Another driver let the low tire pressure light stay on and ran the bus on E for a length of time. He kept swerving and we got sideswiped by a semi knocking off the mirror. We exited that bus and crammed onto another so that original one followed until the driver swap. Only problem was he hit a car in the gas station, so we continued crammed. Our crammed bus never got the toilet drained so it stunk so much I felt like I had to gag.

I recently traveled to Universal Studios Orlando with my school-Dickerson Middle Schools orchestra.. The drivers were so kind and warm with all the students. They participated with us in fun interactive games. Even though the drivers- Sam and another man had to drive a whole lot, they treated us with love and respect. To be honest, I felt welcomed there. I hope to ride again with this shuttle service soon. I also hope that the drivers of this shuttle service are paid more. Thank you.

This was an excellent and amazing experience . The customer service is top notch from the sales office to dispatch all the way to the driver’s service delivery . Very professional and buses are truly one of a kind very New executive models and the older ones are properly maintained as well . I’m planning another trip for summer and MTI is my first choice !

I chartered a Group on a day trip to Cherokee NC, unfortunately once we reached. a point to where the conditions was not safe to continue to our destination. Our driver Leonard. helped me as. the Group leader come up. with a alternate plan. to continue the task we planned, We went to another Casino where my clients was more pleased with i and would like to start going to there in the future. We used MTI Limo & Shuttle Services to take our group on our annual fall retreat. Leading up to the trip, the office was very responsive with the quote and following up to confirm the details. The bus driver was very timely and professional. The buses were clean and in very good condition. I will definitely utilize this company for group travel services again in the future!

Based on what I have observed over the last 20 miles on I-75 North I would never ever recommend this limo service to anybody unit 85 is cutting backwards and forwards across three lanes of Interstate traffic heavy traffic God help the passengers that are on there

Horrible. I have to take this bus service for work and I’ve been:1. Spoken to extremely rudely by unprofessional drivers2. Not let off at my stop multiple times3. Been forced to get off far away from my spot because a driver’s shift was over4. Witnessed multiple heated arguments between drivers and passengers.I’m concerned that you went out of your way to locate my work phone number when I left a review through a personal email....i guess my phone was “out of service” similar to your buses at 8:45 in the morning when I’m trying to get to work.

On the day of the trip, we had to make several changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen issues. The Drive was very polite and was able to accommodate us. Horrible service. We wanted to book them for our wedding per a recommendations. We did so online and everything seemed like it was set. When we emailed MTI to give them our wedding coordinators contact information, they decided to charge us for an extra hour in addition to their minimum time of 2 hours (which is always we needed) JUST because it was for a wedding.When I asked Felicia to cancel my order she said fine and hung up with no confirmation of said cancellation. If this is how the treat their prospective customers, I cant imagine how horribly they would treat you once you give them money.

We contracted MTI limos to transport wedding guests to and from my daughters wedding. They left 1/4 of our guests stranded at the wedding venue and we had to pay UBER to transport them home after paying MTI limos $1500 for transportation. We contracted for 2 buses to transport 82 people. Communication with the company was difficult, which should have been a red flag. The day before the wedding they called and confirmed our reservation. Thirty minutes later, they emailed my daughter to let her know they now changed us to have 3 buses instead of 2. No phone call. Who is checking their email after already speaking to a company the day before a wedding. The buses arrived late to pick the guests up to transport them to the wedding. Then when it was time to leave, one of the buses had left with only a few passengers which meant there was not enough room to transport the rest of the passengers. We asked for the first bus to come back and we were told to call the driver. We did and the driver did not answer or have voice mail set up. Then we were told to call the company which one of the drivers did and we got voice mail. The remaining drivers said they could not come back to transport the rest of the guests so we ended up paying for UBER. I have called the company no less than 15 times to discuss this situation. I have left 4 messages for the director of operations and 2 for the CEO of the company. Neither of them will return my call. As a matter of fact I just called again and the nice receptionist told me the CEO was in but when I told her who it was I was sent straight to voicemail. I would NEVER do business with them again. I am shocked they are still in business.

I just want to start by saying that some of the reviews I read about MTI were not great, but we took a chance and I have to say that this was one of the best bus rental experiences weve had so far. The customer service is amazing before and after the trip. The driver Carl was nice and got us there early on the way there and back. I even left something on the bus and he waited for me to come get it. We had a bus full of kids and he was so nice to them and thanked them even though they left a mess! We will continue to us MTI for all our bus rentals!

I paid and asked for a white hummer limo, but a Lincoln showed up instead. It’s really frustrating when you pay all that money and don’t get what you ordered. However, the driver was very nice and on time, and we had no problems getting where we needed to go.

From the moment I walked in, it was All Love! Greeted with smiles and warm welcome. Promptly serviced. And was able to work directly with the person I spoke with over the phone. As a nurse continuity of care is our focus so speaking with the same person each times assures flow of service. Stephen Toye Sales Associtae was very patient, informational and accommodating as we spoke several times before I actually booked. His counterpart and suitmate Unity Parker was nice and friendly as well and even entertained me while Stephen worked with others. Tiffany Thomas at the front desk made the environment very family friendly and laughable. Junior Liverpool showed me the vehicles appropriate for my booking as well as other vehicles just for the fun. He was VERY personable. Last but not least even the accountant was fast and friendly. Melissa Jabkowski handled the payment and was very informational. She made adjustments to the confirmation page without even being asked.Overall the customer service in the place was AMAZING. I had called about to many many services and Im glad I chose MTI!! cant wait to the day of my event to leave a final comment stamp on what I already KNOW will be great service!!

Theyre always on time and very courteous!

We chartered one of the 41-seat mini coaches to move family and friends to a wedding rehearsal dinner about 30 minutes away. Everyone on the bus reported back that the ride was a surprise hit. While some of that is certainly due to the riders, there is no question that MTIs great service made the ride a hit. They were on time, professional and well-priced. Id use them again, no questions asked.

MTI delivered a good service for an event I hosted with over 20 attendees. The staff was kind, courteous and on time. I would use them again for future events.

This company has continuously been late for our school field trips. They sub out to companies that never have the buses on location at the correct time. Such a waste of time and money.

An unreliable transportation provider was late in picking up my daughter over 3 years ago. This resulted in her missing her flight which then required me to book another airline at the last minute. After this experience, I contacted MTI and talked with Terrika Currence. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Terrika is OUTSTANDING and has the perfect mix of professionalism and personality. My family has used MTI 6-8 times per year since and we have not been disappointed. The drivers have always been very reliable and the office staff has been excellent. We hired MTI limos and shuttle services to shuttle people for our wedding. The venue was 35 minutes from the hotel. Our driver couldnt get people being picked up at 5 pm to our venue for our ceremony at 6 pm on time. The driver was totally incompetent and took over an hour to make a 35 minute drive. She also wasnt good at driving in general. She spent most of the trips hanging the shuttle into the other lane and our guests feared for their safety. The experience was simply awful and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer service. I booked with Tamu and she was great. I was so excited as it was my 30th birthday. The limo driver was early so that was also a plus. As we were getting in he told us the radio didnt work. Wait, what? A limo for a party with no radio?! We were 30 minutes late for all reservations because we has to stop at Target to spend $100 on a Bluetooth speaker to try to have music. I called to complain from the limo and they offered to swap it out but we were already late at that point. They said call back monday. I have spoken with Nia 5 times since (2 weeks now) with promises of a supervisor to call and no one has. The limo is old and outdated. There was black liquid in the vases. I would never use them again.

The service company is the worst!! I work in the downtown Atlanta area and this service is contracted for the county employees. I’ve had drivers pass you while you’re standing in the designated pick up locations, and intentionally avoid eye contact as they pass you! I hope we get another shuttle service ASAP!
