This place is my go-to parking lot for all travel out of the Atlanta airport. They get you in and parked quickly. Ive never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get picked up by the shuttle. They drop you off at the international terminal, and I believe you cant check luggage if youre flying domestic, but I never check a bag so I park here for all of my trips. Parking spaces are a little tight, but all spaces are covered which is nice.

If you system is down you should not trap 30 cars in parking lot....wasted an hour of my life. Not to mention 20 mins waiting on bus

This location is AWESOME!!! Ive left my car there during several week long vacations and no problems at all. My care was secure and didnt worry about if it was going to be there when I returned. All the employees were AMAZING and so nice. LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about our experience. Recommend this to location to every traveler.

The absolute best way to park your car while away. It was safe, convenient, easy to get over to the airport and back. The car was sheltered and if you have a problem with the car starting, etc., they are there to help. The driver loaded our luggage and was friendly and courteous. We will park here every time we travel internationally from Atlanta Hartsfield airport!

The process of securing my space was simple. I felt safe and the shuttle picked me up by my car and then later dropped me back off when I returned from my flight. I felt safe at night even at that late hour. Well lit and night attendant was so friendly and helpful as I drove up to pay. Ill definitely park here for future flights.

Parking spots are well covered, protecting your vehicle from sun and weather. The people are always so courteous - a true pleasure. Buses rotate constantly, I’ve never had to wait long. They also have a great reward program.

Ive used Fast Park ATL since they opened several years ago. The process is always smooth, efficient, and I get to the terminal or back to the lot quickly. Entry/exit is very easy with quick QR code scan if you have an account with them. Definitely recommend!

Friendly folks and prompt service to the international terminal.I really appreciate their hourly and daily rates. If I come home a few minutes or hours into my next day, they don’t charge me a whole extra day like the city garages at domestic side do. I like using a QR code to come in and out and tap to pay. The experience is fast.Almost everyone complaining about this lot doesn’t understand it only goes to the international entrance. They even say this all over their website and shuttles and the green card they give you. If you have luggage to check in and aren’t flying Delta or an international carrier, you will have to take the “international to domestic” shuttle. If you know how to read and are able to use the international terminal, there is no better deal around than this lot. Thanks for always saving me time and money.

Absolutely impeccable from entry to exit. Staff is professional, courteous and after returning from an amazing 4 day Cancun vacation I was whisked back to my car in no time.Get this, my shuttle driver unloaded not only my luggage and placed in the trunk of my vehicle but that seemed to be standard. Needless to say I was impressed and the $5 tip didnt seem adequate.I have 3 more trips plan before the end of the year and Fast Park & Relax ATL definitely has my business!Oh, I forgot the best part! Pricing was better than fair. At the time of this review long term parking is $11/day. Now mind you a one way Uber wouldve cost me $60.Covered and secure parking at its finest!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!Ive used this company in other states before and never experience the service that I did. My flight was scheduled to depart at 7:00 a.m. we didnt leave until 6:15 a.m.. (the flight was a domestic flight). I was never told nor asked if I was taking an International or domestic flight. I was later told after speaking to an attendant domestic flights are to be taken on the other side of the airport. I asked the driver since he was still there to be dropped off on the other side of the airport and was denied this service. I was later advised that I was able to take a shuttle located on the lower level. The shuttle took over 10 minutes to move and 15 minutes to make it to the domestic location. Due to the lack of communication I missed my flight after being there since 5:50 a.m.. I will never use this company again.

You can never, ever!!! Go wrong with FastPark. My beginnings with FastPark were in Ft. Lauderdale and soon became my 1st choice because they are customer driven.About two years ago, the location I was using had covered and uncovered parking. I had paid for uncovered, and as I was coming into the lot it was simply pouring rain. The attendant at the gate, instructed me to park in a covered location and the bus driver immediately arrived to assist in any way. Because of this, FastPark today is my absolute first choice, not mattering the price.Their leadership project a customer oriented environment. I have also encountered employees in training and they drive same mentality.Pros of this location in Atlanta:- Location of lot is very well positioned- Parking distribution is very well organized- from the moment you drive in, the staff is alert to guide and assist.- pickup is efficient- Reserving your spot is very well worth it.- given a card with row and parking spot for your return- Buses are new, well taken care off and very clean.Cons of this location:- No cons, but you have to be careful if flying domestic as the lot and drop off/ pickup is within the International Terminal.Important (American Airline) travelers note:- if you are flying domestic in AA, print your boarding pass so you can enter checkpoint at the International terminal.There is no better long term parking space facility better than FastPark!👍✈️

If you’re flying domestic don’t park here. They will drop you off at international and you have to walk down 2levels and take domestic shuttle. This adds an additional 30 minutes.

We parked here for the first time but will be our forever parking spot. It was easy to reserve online, you get a barcode after the reservation is made. Make sure to have that handy when going through the gate, this gets you in. There is an attendant at the gate if you need help. There were so efficient, by the time I pulled into my spot, the shuttle was behind me, opened my truck, got our suitcases before I got out my car. Wow.When we returned, the shuttle was waiting, took each person to there vehicle. Make sure to have the ticket in hand, you have to give that to the driver before getting in the shuttle, that’s how he knows where to find your vehicle. So efficient. Absolutely loved it.Got is our car, scanned the barcode, paid with credit card, gone. Soon it will be totally self served.

Great location and reasonable rates. Friendly staff were helpful when we had trouble exiting due to ticket reading by machine. Quickly issued a new ticket and we were on our way!

Simply the best from the moment you park until the moment you leave. This will be my go to spot from now on.

Initially, when we dropped our vehicle off everything was fine. We were immediately taken to the airport, no problems. We were given instructions to call after we picked up our baggage from our return trip and that someone would come to the airport and pick us up and transport us back to our vehicle. This is where the real problem begins. After picking up our baggage we called as instructed, the employee that answered the phone was as rude and IGNORANT as anyone I have ever encountered, she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about, was really unable to articulate a coherent sentence, could care less if we were picked up or not, was SO EASILY confused about simple English & then had the absolute nerve to try and get rude with somebody. Definitely ZERO class or intelligence, If you can find somewhere else to park save yourself the frustration of dealing with people who hate their life and hate their job.

I used this company instead of my usual service because I received a discount through my job. The hassle of only being able to be picked up or dropped off at the international terminal was not fully disclosed. Once dropped off at the international terminal, we had to wait and take another shuttle to get to the domestic side, adding about another 15 minutes to the trip. Our first driver spoke inappropriately to passengers and drove erratically. You also have to wait for another shuttle and then call and request the service when you finally get back to the international side. Faaar too much of a headache to ever recommend this service. I will stick to Peachy Airport Parking for for my future needs.

If you are flying international or even flying locally on Delta, save time and money and park here. Shorter lines going through international. Once through security, hop on the train to reach any concourse. Friendly folks at this parking lot.

Dont lose card or not have a rewards cards because they will put you through the wringer before you can leave the lot. Upside your car will be safe and there is shuttle that only picks up from the international pick up.

I feel my car is safe and taken care of while Im traveling.PS: if you are returning to ATL on a domestic flight with checked luggage youll have to retrieve it at the domestic side then take an airport bus back to the international side, then board the Fast Park van. That takes a lot of time, so only use the parking here if you dont have checked baggage and can exit the airport at the international Terminal F.

Their shuttle only goes to the domestic side so make sure to build in time to take the airport shuttle from the international side to the domestic side if thats where your flight is (at least 30 extra minutes).

INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL ONLY. We may miss our flight waiting for a shuttle to take us from the international terminal to domestic. They should clearly explain that they DO NOT go to domestic.

Was told to park on row A. I waited for 12 mins and no one came by. I finally called and was told the driver did not see me .I was standing outside in 26° temp while the drivers all parked and sitting in the buses.

Bad place to park. Tricky because it only handles international flights and it’s websites or advertising does not readily disclose that. So you end up having to drive to the other side of the city to find a place to park.

The best way to move around

I used Fast Park back in April for my first plane flight. It is clean and well maintained. It relieves you of the frustration of getting in and out of the airport. I referred my sister and her family here. She set up an account, and supposedly received free parking for this past Sunday. She said when she got to the attendant, she gave the attendant her account number, and told her that she had free parking for a day, which her family may have been only a couple of hours. She said the attendant gave her a ticket, and told her that she would have to get back in line to use her referral. Which absolutely makes no sense. But, they did what was asked. After taking their son to the airport, and returning to Fast Park to leave, she said she was charged $4. She had free parking for a day. Why would she have have to pay $4 for half a day.This makes no sense at all. If this is the way things are done, I will not be referring anyone else. Apparently, the attendant was new, and didnt know what she was doing. This occurred on the morning of 11/17/19.

Very poor service available during the early morning hours. My husband and I arrived around three in the morning for a five o clock flight out. When we pulled up to the gate there was nobody to instruct us on where to park or take our information. We simply took a ticket from their automated machine, the gate flashed green and opened, and we found an available spot. Please note, there were no signs indicating what should be done; likely because there is supposed to be a person there to direct you. From there we wandered the parking lot trying to find a shuttle; and despite four of them being running and having lights on none of them had drivers. We then made our way back to the gate to try and find someone to speak to and finally found the lovely woman at the gate. She informed us of the correct procedure and did call a shuttle for us; however our shuttle driver left much to be desired in terms of customer service. They were curt and definitely let their annoyance at the situation show. Is this situation partially our fault for not waiting around for another five minutes? Yes. However that does not excuse the lack of direction and the missing employees. This on top of the fact that they dont service the domestic terminal and we were instead dropped off at the international arrival terminal.

Absolutely love the services provided!! Picked me up at my car, gave me water, delivered me to the airport and were extremely helpful and kind and when I returned from my trip they meet me at the airport and delivered me back to my car. Will definitely use the service again!

This was the best parking experience. They picked us up right at our car with no wait. They had a shuttle at the airport when we came out, again no wait. It was very clean, professional, and easy. I would use this company again 100%.

Quick and convenient

Have used this lot since they opened. Parked here this last weekend, easy in and out, but noticed a sign announcing no more one day rates. Even if you are only going to be out of town 1 day after June 24, you will be charged 2 days minimum!!! It doesnt make much business sense to push away their 1 Day customers. They have pretty much gone automated when you leave to pay, so that will cut their costs. I know i will find another lot that has 1 Day rates.

Parked there this labor day weekend, for a 4 night, 5 day trip to Mexico.Pros - Closest parking lot with the best daily rate, near the international terminal. Both ways, it mustve taken less than 10 min from loading up to returning. The bus drivers are great and very friendly.Cons - Though the parking is covered, the canopy just does not give you enough coverage. I came back to the car yesterday, to find bird poop. I wish the parking was truly covered, like one other competitor, where I normally park, when I travel domestic. But, that truly covered parking lot that I am referring to, does have higher daily rate by couple of dollars.If you are planning on going through the international terminal, want the nearest lot that is economical and has great service overall, this should be your pick.
