I recently rented two days in a Sprinter van from this company. The driver was Eric. The whole experience was great. The van was good, but it was the driver who made the difference. He was friendly and he made good suggestions. He was right on time for every connection and pick-up. He was very professional at all times while also being warm and friendly and very nice. I am an Event Planner for a corporation. I needed to charter buses to transport 75 attendees to a team building event. I called about six transportation companies to get quotes. When I called Atlanta VIP Ride, Inc., I spoke with Issaya Mesfin, Senior Sales Manager. After speaking to Issaya (he was my first call), I immediately got a quote, which I thought was extremely reasonable and so impressed on how fast I received it, but I had to do my due diligence and call other companies for a few more quotes. I even asked our hotel to give me a transpo. suggestion and their referral was the highest of all the quotes. On the day of our event, two charter buses came and they were beautiful. I saw this man, dressed very well, talking to my attendees as they were getting on the bus, I just assumed he was with the hotel - it was Issaya from the bus company coming to make sure everything was running smoothly. I couldnt believe it. He might not do that at every booked event, but I was extremely impressed. I made sure our hotel knew that their recommendation was the highest quote and suggested they recommend Atlanta VIP Ride, Inc. from now on. Buses were clean, drivers were professional, we got to both events on time, considering Atlanta traffic. We have an office in Duluth and I now have a reliable company that I will continue to use forever!!!!
