These guys are amazing! I bought a house recently and the inspector failed to mention that my dryer vent was just a massive aluminum tube (not up to code at all) that vented into my crawlspace. I called Dryer Vent Specialists when my dryer started to stink from the crawlspace smell! Didnt realize how big of a fire hazard it was, not to mention all the moisture I was sending into my crawlspace every time i ran the dryer. Now my dryer vent goes straight out the back of my house through a strong steel pipe with a magnetic vented door to keep pests out. The quickest way out of the house was through my bathroom but instead of leaving me with a big metal tube in the corner of my bathroom they built me a cute little shelf around it! This is one of the best service call experiences I have ever had. I was in a crunch and needed someone quickly to clear my dryer ducts to make sure my new dryer worked properly. Jackie came out the same day I called and when I tell you he encountered some issues... There were wasps in the ducts who had made it their home. It was very clogged, but he would not give up until he had it done. Now our dryer dries so quickly. I am so appreciative of Jackie and his persistence on getting the ducts cleared and my dryer working great. He did not give up despite the difficulty of the circumstances. Also, he did this on a 25ft ladder. Exceptional service!!!

We had a dryer that died due to a vent that was not to code. Clothes were taking multiple cycles to dry and the dryer burned out. Jackie came to the rescue and replaced the vent. We can dry a whole load of towels before the cycle finishes! His work was life changing. If you are having problems with clothes fully drying, I highly recommend having them come out and clean or repair your vent. We had another company come out before them and they were unable to do the work that he easily accomplished. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We were buying a house and the inspection showed big issues with the dryer vent line (it was ripped and was the wrong kind of line and was a serious fire hazard), so I called several companies and Dryer Vent Specialists were the most responsive, most professional of all. The tech came to the house at the designated time. He patiently explained to my daughter that not only is a lint filled vent dangerous, but that it cost so much more in electricity, and it decreases the life of the dryer. As the vent was stuffed completly full it cost more to clean it out. We added our number to the list to be called yearly. Our price should be lower this way. Dryer Vent Specialists were the best!

Once I was comfortable with the plan, I was able to ask any questions and he answered them all. He then quoted me an extremely reasonable price and asked if I wanted to continue with the cleaning - it was great to know what I was expecting before he went ahead rather than doing the service and I was locked into the price.He cleaned out the entire dryer, hose, and exhausted pipe. Then cleaned out the kitchen hood and its exhaust pipe. He showed me what filters I needed to get (that I didnt even know existed!) and how often to change them.He was extremely personable and wonderful to chat with and made sure to wear a mask while in the house.We will absolutely be calling again soon to get the remainder of our ducts cleaned out!

We scheduled with Abraham on the phone and asked him a bunch of questions before the appointment about pricing and safety precautions due to the COVID 19 pandemic. When the technician Jackie showed up he was wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers which was amazing! He discovered that for years we had a disconnected dryer duct in our attic and a bunch of lint was flying all over the place which is a fire hazard! He reconnected everything and completely removed all the lint in the attic the pipe and on the exterior roof cap. He even cleaned the actual dryer which was great and showed us before and after pictures. Our dryer is back to drying in one cycle which is amazing. Our overall experience was GREAT a with this company. Very experienced technicians, with company trucks and uniforms. I would recommended using them especially since that’s all they specialize in. The prices are very fair and exactly what we spoke about on the phone. Thank you guys!

Jackie did such a great job! Everything about my experience was great. Easy to set up an appointment online, and he called to let me know when he was on his way. Was able to determine just what tools he needed really quickly and set to work cleaning my dryer vent. He even cleaned up the outdoor area with a shop vac after all the lint came flying out! Checked my flex vent inside that connected to my dryer and recommended a new (and much nicer!) one that he put in quickly. All-in-all, less than an hour total!
