I can only say great things about the service I received from Dynasty Ducts. Starting from my initial quote and Jamie being so patient with my 22 thousand questions. The gentlemen that came out Justin and Jake were polite, professional and thorough. They talked about all the steps, made sure all of my questions were answered and even removed an old filter that had fell in my system.Also, they clean up behind themselves… a plus! Hands down I would say dynasty ducts is one of the top companies around doing this service. Called on a Tuesday about getting my ducts and dryer vent cleaned they came out today(Wednesday) at the time I was given (9am) showed up and got right to work. Jamie from the office explained everything to me and showed me videos of my ducts which was covered in dirt. Justin and jake did an amazing job definitely will refer my family and friends to you guys.

We had Jamie and Justin (forgive me if I got his name wrong 😊) come to our home and clean our ducts on Feb 4th and I cannot emphasize how wonderful our experience was with Dynasty Ducts. We had several businesses come and give us quotes but we got the best bang for our buck with Dynasty Ducts. Not only did we like them, but they were fair and honest with what we did and did not need. Several companies tried to talk us into a Reme Halo Air Purification system in addition to duct cleaning. Jamie did not do this at all. I highly recommend Dynasty Ducts if you need to get your ducts cleaned. Jamie was highly professional and very honest. He told me that our ducts actually didn’t need a cleaning and to call him in a few years when we will need one. Another business may have been content to take our money when it wasn’t necessary. Jamie then proceeded to take a look at our HVAC system, free of charge, and diagnosed issues that were causing high humidity in the house. Jamie provided his time and expertise without asking for anything in return. I will certainly be calling him in the future to clean our ducts!

Jamie came out and began prep for the service. He is methodical in his process and after opening a few vents, suspected there may be a problem. He went to look at the furnace. When he came back he said that he was unable to perform the service because the duct work was so old that it would get destroyed in the process of cleaning. He then went with me into the crawl space and pointed out all of the problems and explained everything and answered all of my questions. This visit was an hour long. After all of that I offered multiple times to pay a service visit fee and he declined. One of the most honest vendors I have ever experienced. After I fix my issues I will have him back to perform the service and will use him for any services he offers moving forward.

Robert was absolutely fantastic. Came inside with bootys on his shoes (which is very uncommon nowadays) and went straight to his inspection without messing around. I had robert the technician come out to clean my dryer vent because it kept giving an air flow sensor issue of d80. He came out on time did and thorough job, now I can finally use my dryer.

I posted a review on July 4th staying my ac stopped working after Jamie cleaned my ducts. I had a professional hVAC person from Cool Ray come out today. Jamie disconnected a wire in my ac unit and did not reconnect the wire. I don’t know why you would forget something like that if you knew what you were doing!
