Kevin and Chad were GREAT! First of all they help walk me through the process with my insurance, they literally got right to work right away and they were so kind and professional. I have to say that this is the best experience that I’ve ever had with the company since I’ve been here in Atlanta. I definitely recommend them and if I ever have any other issues they are the only people that I will call!

I made an appointment with them to check for moisture after my window was leaking and repaired. My ticket was accidentally sent to the wrong employee who was not in my zone but he quickly dispatched me to right person and they called me right away to book another appointment. Bob came out in a timely manner and was very nice and professional. He was quick but through and made sure all the bases were covered from checking the crawl space all the way to the attic. Thank you Bob for your kindness and attention to detail!

Bob and 911 Restoration of Atlanta are AWESOME. I cant speak highly enough of Bob and my experience working with him. We had a major water intrusion and mold issue in the basement of our new house (that insurance unfortunately did not cover) and Bob worked with us every step of the way to help in any way he could. He is professional, kind, knowledgable, straightforward, and worked with our limited budget when the final insurance determination was made. I appreciated that he wasnt trying to upsell us on anything, and talked through the steps required to remediate the problem, and helped us figure out what we could do ourselves to save money and where it was best for the professionals to step in. He was punctual, reliable, professional, provided a great service for a great value, and was all-around lovely to work with. 911 Restoration was contacted as a result of water damage in my kitchen.Lee was the assigned technician and he was very detailed, personable, and professional. He kept me informed and up-to-date on all that they were doing and really helped to make a stressful situation a lot more bearable.The job was completed to my satisfaction, making my experience with them a positive one, which I attribute to having been assigned to a well experienced and professional technician such as Lee.

Great experience with these guys. They came right out and cleaned up the mess. My Rebuild process was completed over the weekend and everything looks great. The guys came out as scheduled and knocked out my rebuild and carpet installation with ease. They were completely professional and even offered me advice on other issues. I would definitely use them again for any kind of restoration work!!!

One of our very rainy windy days, blew the rain in through small tight area in our lower roof into one of our bedrooms. 911 Restoration came out. Hired by our Landlord. They came out immediately upon his contacting them. Bringing there fans to dry the wood floors preventing molding. Accessing the damaged walls. Also, going on top of the roof to determine work needed to be done. There quick response helped with getting the right repair company without unnecessary delay.

We just moved into a new house and began to have suspicions there was mold. We reached out to 911 Restoration and they were at our house the very next day performing tests. We got our results back 5 days later and are now working on the next step. Theyve been very helpful through the process.

When my water heater busted, my insurance company contacted 911 Restoration. The sent a crew right away to begin drying out my house. They worked tirelessly throughtout the night. I had significant water damage from a faulty pipe. 911 immediately responded and dried out my house. Because they were so responsive in the mitigation of my house, I chose them to do the rebuild. My family and I had an unfortunate issue with water damage in March. The 911 Restoration mitigation team was contacted through our insurance company (Allstate). The guys came out and ensured that our home was drying appropriately. Big kudos goes to Paul who led the effort and was the most consistent person on the team. There were several members of the team who made alot of promises about what we would get if we stayed with the company for the rebuild. By the end of the job many of those guys were nolonger with the company. The only one that consistently showed up was Paul. With his honesty, consistency and dedication to the job we developed a trust in him and subsequently the company, so we decided to allow the company to come and do the rebuild as well.We had a couple of minor issues with the rebuild. There were time issues, some service concerns and follow through problems but AnnMarie did a good job managing the typical chaos of putting our house back together. She coordinated all of the subcontractors. She is very personable and professional. As our rebuild project was relatively small it appeared that we were not always a priority with the company. This was one of the issues toward the end of the job. Toward the middle of the job we did get a call from Barry (owner) who was very accommodating and intentional with his desire to bring our project to completion. Ollie (a supervisor) came out later and ensured that all was finished with quickness and to our standards. Overall it was a good experience. Some of the subcontractors used were not as professional as the actual 911 Restoration team. But, the work was done in a manner that we are satisfied with. Overall, I recommend this organization. As I mentioned before, there were a few bumps in the road but at the end of this journey our home is better than when we began.

Worked with them for about 1 year then finally had to part ways and finish the repairs myself. It was not a good experience.
