Over charged, scam, no receipt, pressured to pay by cash, hung up on, rude,
They were able to replace AC unit at a good price. However, they managed to charge my card more than twice the original cost. They did not return my calls - i had to constantly call them in order to resolve the issue! The technicians are ok but the back-office is outright unacceptable! Im willing to pay extra not to deal with them!
Very unprofessional service. I was scheduled for an appointment during the morning & the technician never showed up. When I call 5 hours later trying to figure out why nobody showed up, I get a male receptionist who is clueless as to my appointment & providing an answer to the point I get told Ill receive a call back when he figures it out. An hour goes by, and mind you, its mid-afternoon, 90 °F in the house and havent heard a word about the situation. When I call back to get an update, I receive an attitude from the male receptionist telling me hell call back later! I told him dont bother.All in all, dealing with 24 Hour Air was a headache, unprofessional, unreliable, and full of bad customer service. I hope they & potential customers read this: Save yourself time & call some other company that values your time & money!
