I live 2 miles from hwy 411 and we dont have cable. A long time friend had cable in grammar school in Goodspring.
Very nice, incredibly busy but very organized and you have to wear a mask to be helped.
Had service for years but at least 3 times a week my internet goes out and still cant figure out where the problems are ugh. I spend more time unplugging my modem than anything.
Due to social distance requirements, I had to wait outside until everyone ahead of me was seen. Other than that, my visit was satisfactory. The customer representative was helpful and answered all of my questions, she explained what changes I would see on my next bill.
I lost service 5 days ago and still dont have service great cable company.
I LOVE the customer service here! The short blonde lady at the front desk is always so patient,helpful and considerate. I just cant ever remember her name....shes been working there for YEARS. Comcast sure found a goldmine when they hired her! I just wished theyd have more than one representative open at a time. They seem to always only have one person there. Now the customer service over the phone on the other hand,well........SUCKS!

Only two week since switched from DirecTV after 20 years. So far happy with our service need to work on guide viewing seniors dont like changes and they need to have a option on viewing guide to remove non hd channels

I have had Comcast Xfinity for three years and not once have I been able to get a hold of an agent my bills started at $42 a month then went up to $66 a month and then went up to $104 a month and now my bill is $120 and they cannot pick up the phone and let me know why these things happen!!!!!
Been waiting over a month to have the installation completed. The inside technician is waiting for outside cables to be replaced. Operating on a temporary fix for the time being. This reminds of the super poor service i received when I was in Jonesboro, GA back in 2005. It wont let me post 0 stars.

Still waiting 34 days to transfer service to new residence. Finally gave up after numerous calls and just out right being lied to. Been a customer for 15 years but their service has gone down hill. Suggest you try another service before considering Comcast. I did.

Comcast customer service is absolutely the WORST!!! It deserves NEGATIVE stars. Cant find a 800 number to call when service goes out. The 423 area code number is impossible to navigate and cant an option to get a human on the line ore even leave a message.This service brings new meaning to the word SUCKS

I moved from Etowah to Athens a year ago. While I lived in Etowah for 5+yrs, I NEVER had any trouble. Since being in Athens, my cable and internet SUX. Always going out for hours.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received! Being charged for a tech to come to my house over an outside wire problem is rediculous! And the fact the tech threatened to break into my house while I was at work is mind blowing.
If I could give them a MINUS 20, I would! Equipment is always on the fritz, always some type of problem and customer service sucks! I have a deep hate for them!!

Ive never had problems with their customer service for those having trouble try pushing 0 to talk to a customer rep. And their website u can chat with some one which they always help me or give me any numbers I need to call to talk to someone. My issue is with their horrid connection cutting in and out. And with the new 300gb bullcrap. They should have no right to change your service. Thats why there is a service agreement. In the age of Internet they are trying to use a gimmick against us to just make more money off us. And in my area I have no other cable provider or Id change in a heartbeat cant wait for another provider

Only reason i havent switched to something else is because im locked in a 2 year contract now comcast wonts to charge me an extra 30$ month for the same 450gibs that i have been using for over a year now the usage limits werent in place ween i signed my contract and now thay wount to turn them on at 300gibs just so that can squeeze more money out of the customers is a load of crap

Had trouble with my remote set up I have cable tv and internet there have called several times for various and after waiting for over 30 minutes I hear nothing but what services Comcast offers why would I want to expand my purchase if I have never been able to get anyone on line.Fed up I called outside people to help me solve the problem each time.Kenneth Marsh.
