I love my pedicures with Tracy! She is excellent at her job and so friendly. Pedicures are very reasonably priced for great quality. I love the atmosphere of this salon and love to support a locally owned business run by fabulous ladies!!

I cant say enough how impressed I was with the quality of the work here! I got a mani-pedi and felt that the salon was very clean, safe, and COVID-compliant. In the week after my mani I was using power tools, sanding wood projects, and shoveling snow... no chips! I will definitely return.

Great array of services (haircuts for all genders and ages, spray tanning, manicures with gel and regular polish, pedicures, and facials!) Reasonable prices. Great location. Free and ample parking. Free coffee and tea. They also sell a wide array of products that support local businesses (candles, soaps, lotions, and amazing honey made by bumblebees in Hopkinton!) The employees make you feel like youre part of the family! My go-to place for my self-care days! ❤

Had a skin tag removed from my face - What a nice place!This is not the kind of place I frequent, Im kind of a guys guy but I needed a procedure that they do. It was quite painless; the woman knew what she was doing and gave me a bit of an education as well.All the staff is courteous and professional. The receptionist was fun and personable.Funny thing to say but I actually enjoyed going there!

This is a talented and friendly salon. Kristen will find the right cut for you! They have all the services youd need from hair to nails to facials. My husband goes here too. Shannon always does a great job with his hair.

I love this salon and all of the people who have helped me since the opening. Kristen is wonderful with any hair need and beyond nice as a person, Tracy is creative with my nails and offers great suggestions. The addition of Andrea to the staff for skin care has been great, best facial ever. Eileen has done so much to update Sweetwater Salon and have all services in one place. BEST SPRAY TANS AROUND!!! I have been to many places to get spray tans (including Blush in Wellesley) and no one does a better job than Eileen at Sweetwater. She has sprayed me many times including my wedding and honeymoon and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. She also has great prices and often has deals going on for the spray tans. I would highly highly recommend!!!

If I could give you zero stars, I would. i Called to make an appointment for an airbrush tan prior to buying Groupon, I was told they would honor Groupon price when I went in, noticed they charged me regular price, called twice, still haven’t credited my account. Not to mention they called to cancel my daughters hair appointment 2 hours prior on the day of her prom.

I have been going to Sweetwater for over a year and my experiences are consistently FABULOUS! The salon is beautiful: they are always making updates, its well decorated, super clean, and newly renovated. The prices are so reasonable for the quality, and very affordable at that. My children and I have had haircuts several times with Shannon, who is excellent with all hair types and she gives you exactly what you ask for. I also love that she takes the time to do a great blowout, even for my thick, coarse, wiry hair. She even styles my daughters hair and its so cute! I also regularly tan there and the bed is surprisingly awesome! Ive tanned at the fancy tanning salons with their overpriced packages...granted, some of those beds are pretty serious and intense. However, I like to tan at Sweetwater because its a super deal (the owner usually has a special for 10 visit packages, coupons, etc.), the bed is immaculate, and I only have to go once or twice a week for the perfect natural looking tan. I have yet to try their nail services, but thats only because I dont get my nails done and give myself pedicures at home. I will say though that theyre always booking up with appointments for mani-pedis and offering deals on them as well. If you like them on Facebook and join their mailing list, youll receive those offers too! Definitely try this place out and support your local businesses!

Do not go there to get a haircut if you are a guy. Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten was from there, super unprofessional. Halfway through the haircut she tells me she doesn’t know how to do the haircut 😑
