Pretty decent place the second time around. I had to request lower apexs, but it wasnt an issue for them to do. I wish theyd include cuticle care. I will be back despite this. Pardon my overly dry hand.

First time here.💜 My nails & how quick they get the job done.I had long coffin nails done & it’s week 3 since having them done, I have not had any chips or broken nails! These are the strongest nails I’ve had yet!My only complaint is the lack of cuticle care. They really don’t do anything to them they just work around them & that makes your nail look like it’s already starting to grow out the second you have them done.I’ll be going back though, this time I’ll know to mention the cuticle care I would like.

I got a hot stone pedicure at Nails Pro. It was not the worst, but it really wasnt good either. Definitely overpriced for the service received. I wouldnt go back.

Couldnt get what I wanted originally so chose something else the blue was supposed to be periwinkle. While they were also supposed to have a short coffin styleI received these. Very disappointed!

Usually really quick, all nail techs that Ive had, have done a great job!

Had my nails done, they werent smooth and were noticeably bad. Went in to try and have them fix it, and they said all the could do was file them down and if I wanted them completely redone I would have to pay for it. Will no longer go here to get my nails done.

I have had several pedicures here and they never fail to make sure your experience is spot on.

I absolutely love this place, they are quick, the interior of the building is beautiful, the staff are wonderful and sweet, and they do such a good job!! 100% reccommend.

This is the worst my nails have ever been. Every nail was a different length and crooked. when the nail tech tried gluing on the tips, one didnt stick. I brought it to his attention and asked if it would be ok and he got mad and cut the nail off . He used a drill to get the sides off and burned my nails several times after that. He was very rude. I absolutely will not be back.

Decent manicure. Could have been a little better as cuticles could have been a little shorter and nails a little smoother.

Not from the area (so I trusted google) and I’ve never left a review of a business before but this place is horrible. Got my nails done for maternity pictures Friday..pictures Saturday..it’s Sunday and my nails are already lifted and trying to come off. Wasted $50. Not to mention..the pedicure was rushed, very few colors to choose from, hardly any lotion, no massage. Don’t waste your time here.

The lady who did my nails was so sweet, she was very patient with me the whole time I was getting my nails done, which is such a good thing because I had never been there before. Anytime I get my nails done I’m going to go here from now on!!

I have been there a couple times due to being from out of town and my nails didnt even last a couple days and would start lifting. I just got my nails done there two weeks ago today and as of a week ago I my nails looked horrible and wanting to come off. I ended up taking them off and glad I did. I start getting some fungus and whatever they used damaged my nails so bad!! I wish I could take a picture. Have to find someone new to go to when Im here!!

They were awesome I came in right before they closed, my usual place was already closed & They were super cool about it Sean did an amazing job. I was in and out within 40 minutes and that is including my nails drying and a 10 min wait. I am usually on a time crunch and dont have alot of time to waste. I was so impressed I will definitely be returning when its time for another fill-in

Went for the first time today and absolutely loved it! Within 2 minutes of walking in, both me & my cousin were with nail techs and getting our full sets done. Very affordable pricing, quick workers, clean environment, and quality nails. Employees don’t seem to be very talkative, but that’s fine with me, i like to be quiet and relax while getting my nails done. Overall, very enjoyable experience and I will be coming again!

Not very happy with overall experience. Just went and my friend and I got our nails done and they finished very quickly and in a rush. I could see my natural nail through the polish. As well as charging me $40 for just regular gel polish.

Their spa pedicures are the best in the area. Thorough and relaxing. Love the heated wrap and massage. Painted designs could use some improvements or have someone that specialize in designs. However. Still the BEST overall pedi experience around.

Been here several times before. However this time was special, as I had neglected to get a pedicure for months. She was able to get my feet back to a fabulous place.

Do not go get your nails done here!!! Ive had them a week and Im getting an infection on the side of my nails! Im going to have to remove the 45$ I spent at this place! My friend who went with me her nail broke within the first week! Please go somewhere else! This place left a bitter taste in my mouth!

They do it right and if you arent happy they will do it until you are.

I came in 25 minutes before closing and they still took me. It took until 9:20 to get finished (they close at 9pm) but they didnt act bothered at all. The lady did not rush and she did a great job on my nails. They always do a great job no matter who does them. The whole staff is so friendly.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done and the lady who did mine was the rudest person Ive ever met in my life, she even told me to hurry up when I was picking out my polish, my nails actually looked better when I walked in than they did when I walked out.They were cracked and smudged and looked awful.I had to redo them myself as we were leaving town very early the next day and didnt have time to return to have them repaired and to call and speak to someone is almost impossible since I cant understand a word they say, I believe I should get a new set done right at no cost or my money back because I am so unhappy with the job they did that if somethings not done not only will I never go there again I will spread the word and show all my friends and make sure they lose business from a lot of people. Its just not right!!!

Honestly its hit and miss. Sometimes the rush so much, its really frustrating. I used to love going in there but since they girl who always did mine left, I havent found someone to replace her. She was so great and I recommended her to everyone. But now like I said just seems so rushed. No nails look the same shape, ever. Nail polish never covers all sides. Its definitely not terrible but just average.

One of the nail techs messed up the shape of my nails on a few fingers and she was very rude about it and charged me extra to fix her mistake. Will not be going back to this salon again!

Strongly recommend!!! Ive been to this place since they just opened. People are very nice and polite, the place is so clean and so relaxing. Ive never had any problem with my nails, love the way they do the pedicure.

I’ve went there twice the first time to try the second time because my normal nail salon was closed it was bad both times the girl that did my nails finished in felt like 10 minutes!! She rushed my nails both times (same girl). Never once said anything to me asked if my nail shape was ok if they looked ok. All my nails are different lengths. Never had my nails look this bad. The only thing good about this place is that it’s cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

I paid for an hour and got 35 min pedi..unless you count sitting in the chair drying. My daughter in law and myself was rushed through and neither girl was friendly. Never again here

I will hopefully re-do this after 2maro. I have to go back & get my hack job fixed. Its VERY difficult for me to get out. Im pretty young but very Ill & this aggravates me sooooo much more it probably should!!!

Somehow I always get charged a little bit more than what the prices say. There is no lighting for the nail tec to be able to properly see your nailsThey dont put very much time into filing, I always have to refile my nails when I get home. Also they get very irritated if you take longer than the time that they expect to pick your colors.

The employees here are very helpful and very cortious . I was actually their very first customer and they have made every visit very enjoyable. Casey is an amazing artist and all of Her employees have more than an awesome bossosses.

Definely not pleased with my nails! The girl rushed through it, and my nails are bumpy! Had my granddaughter with me and they charged me $30 for a 10 minute job! Im an excellent tipper, usually leave $20 on a $30 service.....this time I DID NOT TIP!!!!!!!!

Typical Asia nail salon. They care more about the bottom line than taking care of customers. Got a good manicure but got a lousy peicure. They did not give me enough time for my nails to dry before I went out the door and the nail polish on my toes were smeared. I paid top dollar for the pedicure. They did a great job of waxing however.
