Corey Layton is one hell of a manager. He’s patient, understanding and very much a human rather than just a business. He cares about the well-being of pit bulls, Rottweilers and all of the other banned breeds that the majority of Asheville easily dismisses. Although my rental opportunity fell through (due to my own circumstances and not his) I felt confident when working with him. I would recommend Iron Creek to anybody with a pet and just in general. They are a team of awesome people. The houses they have on the market are taken care of and you aren’t going to be paying an insane amount of money for a shack, either.
