Correspondence was laughable, we were assessed charges for removal of items as minor as a birdhouse upon moving out, and maintenance visits were never announced beforehand. Sometimes it took several days for them to respond to simple requests. Privacy was not honored by this company and they were very disrespectful.

We worked with Kate recently to purchase our first home. Kate did a great job of understanding our styles and what we were looking for. She was thorough - making sure as first time home buyers we understood everything, answered all of our questions, and handled everything for us. Even with a difficult seller situation that made the process not run as smoothly, we always felt confident in Kates ability to handle everything for us - and she truly did. We cannot say enough good things about her and all of the work she did to help us find the perfect home!

Update: From our experience. BE AWARE of this company! After contacting this company about how they have/had misrepresentated our property. The guy tried to cover it up with a document that had nothing to do with resolving our issue. He said that he would take care of the problem but when we asked him to put it in writing he would not do so. We have tried to come to an agreement but he refuse to document it. Would we recommend this company to others?NO way! After doing business with Hi Alta, we would not recommend them to anyone.
